Amazing customer service. We were immediately greeted when we entered the establishment. It was a real friendly and welcoming experience. Will gladly bring my family back again. You can tell the store is ran with care and compassion. And amazing ice cream too
I have read some of the reviews on here and have to say these people could not be more wrong! I stopped coming here a couple of years ago and then heard that there were new owners and things have changed. I'm always willing to give a second chance and I'm glad I did. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very welcoming and kind, portions are average and the price is to be expected for Baskin Robbins. I come to this location once a week and always have amazing service, even when they are busy. When they are very busy, its a little messy(chairs out of place etc) but they are working with customers so I feel it's understandable. I have never seen anything even the tiniest bit unsanitary! The person who said they had moldy food from here... not just once, but twice is clearly lying! Why would you return if you got sick and if it looked bad to you, shy would you accept the food and h=not have it redone? Sounds like somebody was unhappy about something and decided to take it out on this nice group of kids. I have spoke with the owner several times and her expectations are set high for her employees.If you truly have an issue with the service you receive, speak with her and I'm pretty sure it won’t happen again.

If I could give 0 stars I would this is the most insanitary place I have been too. First time hear water for cleaning dishes was very dirty and counters was stained. It was busy so I let it slide got a Reese layered sundae the wet topping area was disgusting looked like it was never clean and hot fudge all around the inside just like mold looking the marshmallow topping needed to be refilled the employee refilled it without cleaning it out or anything just puts it in and the top back on it was gross, even the frozen candy pieces had mold like around the container looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months!!! I wanted to let it go since it’s my first time here ate the ice cream but felt so sick after mind you I’m not lactose intolerant! The hot fudge tasted off and the marshmallow topping too. My second time back I waited 2 weeks came back to try again got a snickers layered sundae and a banana split again nothing had changed still mold like wet topping but this time was worse no gloves for the banana when touching?? Nor did I see anyone wear a glove when touching cones saw the dish water nasty again but employee was rinsing it off and dipped it in bleach water without proper cleaning scooping water was very dirty ice cream floating on top milkshake blender was dirty since last time I came it (mind you it had been 2 weeks since I came back) this location is the most dirtiest and unsanitary place I’ve ever been too got sick 2 times eating here never again! Only person I saw actually do good was the new black woman she actually looked like she was mad with me about how the worker was bad at cleaning and the only one I saw use a paper to touch a cone. That was my last time ever coming in!! I have worked and baskin robbins before and this is by far the worst ever I will be calling a health inspector!!
I arrived to this place around evening time about a week ago, and what I walked into was not at all what I expected. Although the ice cream tasted up to par, the store was a mess and I found more than one hair in my ice c ream dessert. The place seemed very unorganized!! No bueno!!!
When you come here be aware of the short hair lady it looks like she works routine here now, bad customers service. She is not a pleasant lady, you can see she is easily frustrated/giving you attitude when you ask her to do more than 1 thing that she is supposed to do as her job. Never stop by again.
The kiddo had a Banana Split with Blackberry Hibiscus, Tripple Mango and Cotton Candy ice creams. Everything was delicious.
Love the ice cream, you pretty much know what you're going to get when you're going to Baskin-Robbins. However my girlfriend ordered the banana split and that was a disgrace. Please teach your people how to make a real banana split. When the whipped cream is melting before she even hands it to you it's time to whip out a new bottle. Nuts and cherries would have been nice too.
Great Ice cream experience for the family on a hot day. Reasonable prices. Expert ice cream scooper people.
