I haven't been to Arby's in awhile now, typically I go to the one on meridian, went to this one as it was super close and we wanted food, took forever and a day to get through the line, the food was an absolute disaster. Roast beef was chunky, fries were like they used the bottom of the bag only, sauce everywhere and cheese everywhere on my beef and cheddar and the bottom bun was super stale and hard in the middle. The kid at the window was so very nice and sweet but the food was not great. I wish the kid luck at his job and truly hope they put more effort into the food they hand out the window.
We had a previous bad order so we had a free replacement. I ordered four extra sandwiches and they only gave us two, they did not charge me but still. I ordered jalapeno poppers first and they did not cook them enough. The sandwiches were kind of cold. They gave us extra cheese sauce which was nice, but I did not need it. I had a jamocha shake which was really good. Just not impressed with this place anymore it seems like every time I go there something's wrong with my order.
Prices are always up their but that's just Arby's if you got coupons that helps feel they can do a little better job at showing their open theirs been a few times we drove up unsure if they were or not can't beat their curly Fry's
The sandwiches were thrown together. The roatbeef had a strange color and taste. My wife and I got sick from there food..Heath Dept needs to look at this place very hard before someone gets sick and dies.
Arby's difficult to get to from Pac Avenue Spanaway. Quick service, hospitable staff, food always hot, brisket sandwich, curly fries, and a Buffalo slider. YUM yummy for my tummy.Love this location. Food has been fresh every time. THANKS Arby's for being consistent.Can we get hi C orange back forget the fruit punch!.
It has been a while since I had a roast beef cheddar but it was awesome and Arby's sauce and horsey sauce or an awesome condiment that I can never do without
Place is not easy for people that work for doordash by any means. Super slow and confusing and makes it complicated for you to pick up items for your deliveries. Hate it when people order food from here!
Kathy was extremely sweet and kind! She let us know when she took our order that they were short staffed, which we appreciated being let know ahead of time that it may take a moment, and conversed with us at the window while we waited (which was a short wait). Everything was in the bag and the Carmel Cinnamon shake was bomb!!
This Is the absolute worst Arby's I've ever had ,apparently they made a huge mistake taking away the potato cakes. Now your left with cold rubbery curly fries more like over cook calamari uneatable ,roast beef sandwiches were chewy and buns soggy. The mozzarella sticks were gummy and no sause for dipping. Employee was rude at drive though making all sort of excuses blaming Covid,mind you your not able to enter forced to drive through. NEVER WILL WE EVER EAT AT ARBY'S AGAIN. Actually I give them a zero.
Your typical arby's. I always get the cheesy roast beef sandwhich and its always great.
