If I could give this place no stars I would. Lobby is still closed but I see an employee mopping the lobby as if its opened smh had a door dash order and they said I still had to wait in the drive thru line that wasn’t moving at all smh worst arbys I’ve been too and the SLOWEST and to add on the Mexican lady’s customer service sucks I give this place a negative 100
This location was really great in the past. Roast beef has been dry the last few times. Yesterday they forgot the cheese on French dips. Gave 2 Arby's sauces and 2 horsey sauces for 6 beef n cheddar sandwiches. Like who eats those without sauce. I didn't check because they always have tossed a handful in the bag. Maybe the bagger had really tiny hands. The line did move fast for lunch hour one star for that. As a bonus I received a hair in my sandwich. Which I guess is a great way to kick start a new diet via being repulsed by my junk food. Maybe I should thank them.
The drive thru woman was rude, short and seemed bothered to do her job. When pulling up to the window the window shut on me, no greeting, they held a meeting at the window for 3 minutes while my food got cold. She was bothered and seemed inconvenienced when I asked for sause which she threw forcefully Into the bad and roughly handed me the bad and condisendingly said have a great day.I understand everyone has a rough day or situation. Excuse yourself to the bathroom or a private place, take a minute or two. It doesn't matter if your working a drive thru at a fast food restaurant or a high paid CEO at a huge corporation. Have a good work ethic, dothe job your paid for and treat people with respect. The customer is the reason you have the job to begin with.
If you are Hungry order the Meat Mountain... It is Monstrous... It has Pretty much Every meat they offer on it... Add two Arby's Sauces, and one Horsey Sauce... It's messy but so good...
Went there to get some lunch and there was only two cars in front of me took about 20 minutes to get to the window then waited for my order for about 7 minutes and when I got it it was the worst crinkle fries I had to ever experienced and a medium roast beef sandwich that look like it was from a week ago. The only thing edible or worth saving for my $14 purchase was the vanilla milkshake. I definitely will not be visiting that location ever again
Consistently slow drive thru. Several times, my order has been short food. I have had to park and go up to the window and ask for the missing food I paid for. This is why the drive thru is consistently slow at this location.
Staff was friendly but order was incomplete. I didn't receive my 6 pc nuggets after waiting in long drive thru line. Normally I would return to restaurant but was on way to work. I tried calling several times, phone rings once and either hangs up or has static. Guess I get to work a 10 hour shift with no lunch ?
People were friendly. But service was poor. Requested no cheese on girlfriends sandwich as it makes her very sick. And still they served her cheese. Lobby is not open but manager met me at the door. Didn't seem very friendly either.
I stopped off here to grab the new Diablo sandwich for the hubby. They were out. They were also out of onion rings. The poor establishment is understaffed and apparently a popular spot. Nothing was wrong with the customer service or food, just was a super long wait for a sandwich They didn't even have.
So I have been craving one of their Reuben and was so upset this location did not have. The line was so long and they didn't really get the order right I wanted to add on items at the window they would not let me because there were so many people. However they do have the mint chocolate shakes so that was a great Plus
