I loved this place UNTIL yesterday. I usually do take out but last night I decided to dine in . Not only was my food not fresh the employees DO NOT wash their hands after handling cash and handling peoples food . I witnesssed the older Asian guy ring people out then go back and cook food . This is very disappointing. Never will I be back .
My daughter bought dinner for us on 6.7.22. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki & it was fantastic??????. Just a smidge heavy on the spicy, but the sweetness balanced it out some. Everyone who Loves teriyaki has their special teriyaki restaurant(s). We would go between Apple & another place on Pacific ave S. They have new management & upped their prices & give you substantially less, not Apple teriyaki. Prices are still doable & you get enough for dinner & lunch the next day (depending on how much you eat at one sitting ?).
I missed this place dearly when I moved out of the area. So glad to be moving back so I can enjoy it again. The chicken teriyaki is my fave and it's finger licking good.
Good food. Service would've been better if served with a little smile on the face. Overall outstanding.
Best teriyaki chicken. I order it with the sauce on the side and instead of rice I order veggie chow main as the side. The order comes with a side salad. One order would be enough for 2 people. Or get 2 orders so you don’t have to cook the next day too . We drive from Puyallup to the Parkland location. Yum ?.
No matter the wait, the teriyaki here is so delicious. I always go with the spicy option though. Give this place a try because the portions are amazing!
I ordered 4 meals through door dash. Driver showed up with 3 meals, none of them were mine. I called the store to have them replaced and the manager said someone stole my order and it's not his problem, when I explained that they gave me someone else's order he said it again, "that's not my problem." I told him I wanted to talk to a higher up and he said he's the owner and hung up on me. I'll never order from them again.
customer service sucks, they gave me the wrong order and said it's not my problem when I asked them to fix it. I paid $99.50 for my family's dinner and they gave me someone else's food and a recipe for $49.70 the manager shouldn't work in customer service.
Best almond chicken I have ever had. All of the food was delicious. The portions are very generous. We easily had enough left over for another meal. I am stuffed as I write this and contemplating eating another bite of my almond chicken. It was that good. Highly recommend this place.
I got one of the combo plates. The food was good and it was a good amount for $15. I shared with someone and it was more food than the two of us could eat. I recommend if you like teriyaki and having leftovers to enjoy later. Oh the sushi was good too!
