Excellent food and atmosphere! However this is a place with series of protocols to follow to order food.1. Be ready to wait for a long time until you are assign a seat on a table.2. After that u have to wait at the cashier counter around 5mins per customer to decide what they want from the menu.3. Then u wait again another 20-30mins for ur food to arrive to ur tableFinally, that’s when u can say “Excellent food and atmosphere”.

Coffee is of horrible quality and the food is overpriced for it being so mediocre. Wonderful environment and customer service but don't come here if you're looking for a restaurant feel.

The overall experience left me not wanting to return. They appeared to be understaffed, and the ones that were working were overwhelmed. Multiple people were complaining about wait times for their food. Ours came out at an acceptable rate. I did find hair in one of my dishes. The quality of the food didn't match the asking price. The ambiance is nice, but the layout isn't sufficient for being understaffed.

If you want to spend lots of time for a simple waffle... Like over an hour then go here. The coffee was average, we have had better prepackaged cookies, and a waffle that I think got lost in the mail as it's been forever since we ordered and we are still waiting.Ridiculousness. Instead of good customer service when we asked how much longer, we were told that this is what happens on a Sunday. One waffle maker, no one else getting waffles,, the waffle maker going unused, and we wait.Save yourself the headache, the time and your money. Buy a frozen waffle and enjoy.

I wentvto this place for breakfast last Sunday morning with my friends. We had delicious breakfast. Thank you everyone, beautiful place, clean, good customer service. Thank you..

I like the ambiance at Honey and Alma Mater, the space is interesting and light. The coffee is excellent, the staff seem to know what they’re doing and put a lot of care in making a delicious and beautiful latte or cortado.

My favorite coffee spot in town- rustic along with great coffee and some healthy options

Neat place. Big venue. Lots of vendors. Some food things too. Very cool place to check out and hang out with friends. The chowder was delicious and so we're the oatmeal cookie vendors. Tacoma Magazine was there promoting local participation and supporting local vendors too, which is great.

Great service, really awesome space with great atmosphere. There is always something cool going on there. The fries and the popcorn are my favorite. Sounds stupid but they are really good. I also like the. Cold brew and my son loves the hot chocolate. There are also really good vegan options.
