I can't say enough good things about John and his business. We rented a soft serve ice cream machine for our wedding this last May. He showed up at the expected time, got everything setup and picked it up that night. Everything went smoothly and the machines were great! John truly is a pro in regards to his customer service and knowledge in his field. You will not be disappointed. Choose John and All City Ice Cream.
Poor Business. Disorganized. Trucks are not even labeled, decals peeling, and many are broken down. They take advantage of their workers, Won't return calls, texts, or emails to someone they hired. Only will get called back if he thinks you are a new customer he can book. You are not given a high quality service like they advertise. The friendly ice-cream man persona fades quickly and it just becomes about money, not the people or the quality. If you are looking to book with a self serving micro manager, who is really only concerned with BIG clients, then you have found the right place.
We had All City Ice Cream come out to do a Ice Cream Social for our RE/MAX Choice Executives office and they were absolutely outstanding. They gave us plenty of time, They were very friendly, Communicated well. Over-all great experience. We already talked about doing an event with them again!

Super excited to see y'all in my neighborhood! That's why I rented a truck for my kid's birthday. It is so easy to rent a truck for events- there's a great variety of choices for rentals. No showed our neighborhood water fight. We had them set up to come serve 20+ kids, 10+ adults. Huge disappointment. Will not recommend.Update- they showed up really late. But had unexpected issues. Nice guy. Maybe we will try them again.
All City provided ice cream treats for our neighborhood Grad Celebration and they were a big hit! They kids loved the variety of treats and the service was wonderful. Would definitely hire them again!
