Last order of the night after a long shift at the hospital. The people working the drive thru this night helped to make my evening a lot better. Very accommodating and above and beyond customer service!!!! Also, food was yummy as always!
Never ever going here again! We even went close to lunchtime. We ordered two Papa Burgers and neither of them had two patties like shown in the menu. There was very little sauce and only one slice of cheese ripped in half to make it two slices. The burgers that were on them were small and cold like they were just below room temperature. I read so many reviews from other people having cold meat served to them I think this place just needs to have a visit from the Department of Health. Don't go here! You're better off going next door to Church's Chicken or Denny's.
It's AW, nothing changes, food is on par with other fast food joints.
Never again will I go here, half was lukewarm.I got my card back with a mystery substance on it. Just no... I gave the meal to a person experiencing homelessness. They're all wearing plain clothing too. That struck me as a little strange, but must be comfortable. So that's a plus for the staff. I will just not eat here again.

Actually it shows A&W but my visit was KFC, they offer both at this location which is very convenient. Service was excellent as always, drive thru tonight. Although the drive thru was a bit precarious do to snow and ice. Was difficult getting to the window as my car wanted to take out that part of the building, so back up try again, nope and again, nope. Guy in car behind me gets out and says straighten out you wheels, no...ya think. That's what I had been doing. Of course that didn't work AGAIN, LOL. So I went with gut instinct, go with the slide, it was a bit hairy but I made it and with the guy behind me physically pushing my car it was also entertaining. He did help and I thanked him. Oh shoot I'm supposed to be talking about chicken, it's alright, KFC is still good and I am enjoying it now. HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE.
Had an amazing Root beer float in an A&W mug to go! Wanted spicy crispy all dark chicken and biscuit. They're out spicy crispy for the third time.?

Every other drive thru place has had long lines for the drive thru since the start of the pandemic. These chuckle-heads decided to close at 8pm. You know… exactly when most of the non-fast food places close. Brilliant! Additionally they couldn’t take the time to ensure the change in operations is reflected on google. Yeah we know you are “So sorry” stop apologizing and fix it or shut down!
This place leaves something to desired. The food is great…. When you can actually order it. They’re never open. They’ve started closing at 8, which is understandable. But on top of that, anytime you go at lunch or dinner time to eat - they’re closed for some vague reason. A break for 30 minutes, closed for an hour for maintenance. You can never actually get food there. I really don’t know how they afford to pay the bills. And the customer service is pretty lacking as well. Very disappointed in this location and I honestly never want to try again because of the amount of times they’ve been closed for no reason
