Extremely rude staff. Dirty dining area, gave us attitude when we asked for our table to be cleaned. Loudly slammed chairs on the ground while we were eating and shot us dirty looks.
Online hours mention it being open till 11PM. So when I went through the drive thru at 945pm they told me they were only open to Uber or door dash. Do not recommend! Update hours

Our family tradition is to come here after going to Fantasy Lights at the Park and enjoy root beer floats. We went tonight through the drive thru and actually ordered dinner. Since we forgot to ask for napkins and sauces, I had to go into the lobby. The staff completely ignored me for 10 minutes, and then gave me attitude for troubling them. After we ate dinner in the parking lot, my toddler needed to use the restroom. They locked the doors 45 minutes early and wouldn’t let us in. I ended up having to get her strapped back into her car seat to drive down the street to The Home Depot to go to the bathroom there. Terrible customer service. We won’t be back.
I ordered 2 4piece chicken, it was tasty, but was missing a biscut in one, the one I recieved was small. The food was cold, the chicken tender, I could bite into a piece that was not meat, so then we had only eaten 4pc all together. I would not recomend eating the food from KFC, cannot say anything about A&W did not choose from that side. Maybe I should have, am leaving still hungary but with a upset stomach.

Order by uber. Ordered a milk shake. Machine not working, I can get that, if I 'm let know. They just decided what I was going to drink and when I called to see what can be done, I was told to come in or tough and hung up on. Had good service here many times when I picked it up myself, but the time I'm not feeling so hot, service wasn't either.
Look I'm an old school fan of A&W as I grew up with my grandma and my mom taking me to the drive-in to get a Coney Dog and a Root Beer Float. Back then is when the cute girls in roller skates would skate up to the car, take your order, then bring back your order on a tray which would hang off the outside of the car window. Then when the feast was over, the cute girl in a short skirt and roller skates would pickup the tray. So I have these cravings for the Root Beer Float and a Coney Dog which I wanted to share with my own family minus the girl in roller skates of course.So this will be the third time I've shown up there around 9:00(they close at 10:00) only to find out that the ice cream machine is broken down for the evening and then the only thing that's left to order on the menu is of the Sides menu!I don't know what to say other than I've been highly disappointed as well as my family I brought with me. I don't know if the owner knows or not but it is definitely not a restaurant that I would visit after 7:00 pm. Also the Coney Dog I did get the other day was at best the quality of AmPm.
