I like it especially the fries but when I ordered online, cheese curds is missing. I literally have two order and one is missing.. So dissapointing..
I was told to pull my car around to the front of the building but there were two cars in front of me blocking the way. So I went out of the parking lot and turn around to get to the front of the building and as instructed. I waited tTWENTY minutes for my food before deciding to just leave. This place is run by a bunch of smooth brained troglodytes and I have enough self respect to never return. As far as I am concerned they are thieves.
My first time coming back to order from here in long long time.. Needless to say i was treated like it was my first time. Customer service was A++. Highly recommend. Great job to the Night crew who served me this evening. You made my day. It has been a long one?
The cheese curds are to die for! ? the root beer taste as authentic as can be. I try to limit my visits because I'd be here every day.
Ive been sitting in drive thru for 20 min now im asked to pull around the other side of building to wait now 30 min, for 2 papa burger meals. Wtw
I like A&W but I don’t like the person at the drive thru not wearing a mask. I asked her about it and she looked at me like I was speaking another language. Not safe for anyone to go there.
Took 45 minutes in the drive through at 8pm on Wednesday. Asked three times and got frustrated with no response so I just ordered ice water and was still charged $3 for pop, but they wanted an extra .50 for sauce. Then they informed us after waiting 30 minutes it would be another 10 for cheese curds that we ordered 15 minutes before. We asked to refund the cheese curds and just give us our food. They refunded the cheese curds, and still made us pull around to the side and wait another 15 minutes for them to forget half our burgers. So upset I can’t even eat the 4 fries they did remember. This place needs a complete overhaul.
A&W Yuck ? French fries were disgusting tastes and smells like the oil hasn't been changed for a month. We had 4 orders all fries tastes the same. They went in the garbage not even my kids would eat them.Check your orders before you leave they missed a whole kids meal and the plain cheeseburger kids meal was actually just meat and bun no cheese.
The a&w food is trash, KFC food isn't much better. The only good thing I can say is the lady that works lunch at the drive thru is absolutely amazing! She works very fast and is extremely polite.
