I used to love this place when it was under previous management And I love it again now that it's 3uilt. I've been in twice so far and have been happy with my coffee drinks. But also, the space has such a nice feel and a beautiful view from the top of the hill looking down at Commencement Bay. I just get a good feeling being here. Plus, any place that serves bubbly water with their macchiato gets a thumbs up in my book.
Wow, some of the best vegan sandwiches I ever had. The pearl sandwich was delicious. Loved the presentation on a tray with salad. Lots of vegan options in the menu to choose from. They also care to provide gluten free and keto friendly dishes. Great location at 7 seas Brewery to pair up your food with probably some of the best beer in Tacoma/Seattle area.
3uilt 2 is across the street from the Downtown Tacoma Library, on the corner. It's such a great place for a lunch spot - I shoot straight down Hill Top from work & pop in. There's an old school NW coffee house vibe in this space - it's light with plants scattered throughout & very mellow.They're building this location up in a smart way - the menu is limited but LOADED with flavor, the kind we've come to expect at the original 3uilt in the 7 Seas Brewery. They serve breakfast & lunch during the week only right now - but will expand as things open up more.The Tomato Soup is special - it goes a little beyond the tomato soup we find everywhere these days; it's topped with a little oil, a little spice & delicious crisp-fried sage.Vegetarians & food lovers - the Mushroom Grits are unctuous and not too heavy. Recommend!Excellent coffee drinks featuring Manifesto Coffee from up the Hill and friendly people make this a great day time treat.

I had my first lemoncoco here, it was great I love them. I had the, Archimedes sandwich, so yummy. I recommend this 110%. My guest had the DaVinci dip. Very much enjoyed. We had other things to do so we enjoyed the Archimedes so much we ordered a 2nd to go for a snack later. The stuff was great cut it into 4 so we could share later. The sandwich is great cold to with avocado on it.Super great atmosphere, staff and food.
Found this new location of 3uilt by accident! I can never resist a breakfast sandwich and so I had to try this new option and man, it did not disappoint. Quality ingredients really make a difference. The coffee they serve is strong and delicious and I don't know if this place is pioneering breakfast tots or if that was already a thing, but I thank you for bringing that into my life.
Not a lot of food choices, but it's not really a food place, is it? The pretzel I got was still very good. Plenty of space. My only real complaint is that it's VERY cold. So wear layers and bring a blanket. Not even joking ??♀️
Having a beer at 7 Seas is always a treat. I love how open and inviting the Tacoma branch is. They have food there but you're welcome to bring your own. You can expect a quality time and quality beer.
Located inside Seven Seas. I used to go here for lunch breaks when I worked in an office downtown. Everyone seemed to be able to find at least one sandwich that they liked from their menu. They make everything when you order it so it can take a little time before your food is ready. It has always been worth the wait.The atmosphere of the bar (seven seas) and seating area is open and inviting. This can make for a nice place to visit during any season.
Got a Keto salad and a Caprese sandwich through curbside pickup. Was so good we ate everything!! Will be going back again and would refer to everyone!! Great current/with the times menu!!
