This one time I came in here and we ordered two sandwiches then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for our food to come when there were only 4 customers in the store. Meanwhile, we watched a server with curly red hair bust it down on some dude's table for like 15 minutes. Straight up, this girl was dancing and doing a weird squat trying to seduce the two dudes sitting there, while not even acknowledging our existence when we were patiently waiting for our waters and our food.Despite this weird and uncomfortable experience, I have come back here many many times for lunch and dinner and I never had to see that server or deal with anybody like that ever again. I can say with certainty that this place is awesome. The servers (besides that one mentioned above) are always very accommodating and respectful and the food comes out delicious and usually within 5-10 minutes. Thanks for the amazing food and coffee, i'm always coming back for more!
Just miserable customer service. Came here with my daughter and had to wait for a table even though there were plenty available. Then had to wait for a menu. Then no one came to take our order. Sensing a pattern, we opted to leave. So, decided to give this place one more try especially now that Covid precautions are pretty much done. And the same thing happened. For whatever reason, they don't want my business. Don't worry 208, you won't be getting it.
Always a great choice for a casual meal with friends. Save room for the bread pudding bites or get them to go.
Fresh, delicious, kind service, and a nice happy hour to boot. If you're lucky enough to catch the scones when they come out of the oven, just go ahead and grab two, you'll thank me later.
Daughter goes to PLU and every time we visit her, we visit this restaurant as well. Food is so delicious, but what really sets this restaurant apart is the friendliness of the staff. They are really warm and kind and just put care into their service. Recommend the short ribs….The pasta or the braised rib dish. Also goat cheese panini never fails to please. And their soups and salads, grilled cheese and cheese platters. Great prices as well. Just perfect for a quick bite (you can order at the counter) or a nice relaxing meal with table service. Highly recommend for a yummy lunch.
Chef Mary Lou and her team are so Welcoming! The atmosphere is nice and the food is Great! I have my favorite dish and once I walk through the doors, no need to order...already coming out fresh. Love the vibe...All plant based eaters you should visit if you in the area. This is a good spot for my Plant Base Eaters...just don't take my spot!
Amazing coffee! Food was great but ther service was the topper! Everyone working there that we interacted with were truly fabulous, kind, friendly, and chatty...but not too chatty! We will be back & I highly recommend you visit!
Since opening, one of my families favorite snack..or meal spots! I am PLU faculty, but no bias here....good people, good service, excellent menu and beverages! Fantastic place in Parkland to drop in for some great food, small town community atmosphere, and friendly folks (go figure...a bunch of them are PLU students)!
The food is absolutely delicious ?. Great location, close to PLU. The staff were super friendly, felt at home. Gone twice and would definitely go for a third!
Wanted to buy lunch for our office staff. They be working so hard lately ( more than normal) They chose the 208..So I order the side of little potatoes and side salad w/white bean dressing.I will be going back :-)Great staff and Great food
