If we have events, or just are wanting to order a bunch of burgers and fries for our own crew, his staff are always ready with a great price, for great food, at the exact time we need it. Overpriced fast food. Bad service, unable to get order right. If you wanna spend nine dollars on a fried chicken sandwich, with no French fries, then come here
We had shakes and fries but others in our party had burgers and chicken sandwiches. All was delicious. The huckleberry shake was amazing.
Wow, very happy with Zip's first time I've been and I was very happy the food was fresh and hot, the employees were very polite and on top of making sure I didn't need anything, oh and the food had that wonderful burger flavor that everybody hope for when going out, and my milkshake was thick and delicious heck I had to get a bigger staw so I could get it out, lol
Can't get an order right if their jobs depended on it. Even after 2 corrections. Giving large drinks in medium sized cups that are 3/4 filled, half filled fry tubs. Will never return to this rip-off location again.
Menu prices do not match the actual prices. The manager was informed the menu prices were cheaper and still refused to honor the menu pricing, which is illegal for a Restaurant to do. This location frequently closes early as well. Hours say they’re open until 10 but it’s rare for to be open after 8:30. I drive by it almost every night too, used to get food there a lot after work. Bummer the place used to be good but has been steadily going downhill.
Hands down the best Zips on Spokane. Their fries were incredibly fresh and I didn't even ask for fresh dropped fries. Something about their tartar sauce is also much better than the other ones in town, and the service was polite and quick.
Do not eat here. Fries raw, fish cold nuggets. Lemon had the sticker left on it from the store. Which weans it was dirty and not washed. Customer service horrible. Why was the tarter orangy? I pray I don't get sick!!! If I could rate a minus zero I would. I will continue to go to the Zips in MEAD!!
Tonight I had the worst experience I have ever had at Zip's, We enjoy going to Zips often and tonight we were completely disappointed. We ordered 4 meals, 2 kids meals and 2 regular meals. Our burgers were cold and tasted old. My onion rings only had 3 in them, when we called to ask about it we got told it was based of weight but I am sorry 3 onion rings weigh nothing. Our fries were extremely salty and cold, tater tots had no salt, and well Our drinks weren't much better, kids drinks were pretty much nothing but ice, and my ice tea had no ice at all. I hate to say this but I am very disappointed in my service tonight.
Was running late and decided to stop and get food. I notified the employee and he very nicely let me know everything is made fresh when you order. I made the decision to still order. Got my food and everything was hot and delicious!!! They even made sure I didn’t need any sauce, because I forgot to ask!! Super nice crew!! I will definitely be going back!
