Over the last 6 mths. Every time we are in something is wrong with our order. Made wrong, undercooking, or wrong or missing items. Some Staff taking offence at returned food. For the first time in a while though I dealt with an awesome person on the phone. Rachel turned what was going to be a 1 star review into something with a lil more hope to it! ?? This is the beginning of an upswing in service ❤️
Wendy's is typically my go to for a quick bite, and today was going to be no different. The main difference is that I haven't tried their breakfast menu before, and with McDonald's getting a bit too overpriced, I decided to try it. Now I have a 3 strike rule on places to eat, and today's experience got a rare 3 strike in one go. The prices looked right, so I ordered a #8 and pulled to the window. The usual exchange of payment for food happened, and let me tell you that was probably the most redeeming part of the experience. The sandwich was cold. Like didn't even melt the fake cheese cold, the eggs felt like rubber, and the sandwich was pathetically small; no wonder the cheap price. The potato wedges tasted like a salt lick and were lukewarm in temperature. So my final respite was going to be the Simply OJ; something hopefully they couldn't screw up. Nope. Sour. Like lip pucker sour.3 strikes Wendy's breakfast, you are OUT!!!
Love the food but getting to the drive thru is not so easy when you have a bigger truck. You'd think after this many years of being there that they could fix that issue
The line in the drive through is always long but it's a good experience each time. I was there on 2/5/22 and they were having trouble running any of my cards so they offered the order for no charge.
I was way too early for an app I had, so I came threw for some breakfast. These days it is usually SO UNPLEASANT to deal with people working in fast food but not this morning. Her name tag said Sophie and her bright smile and positive attitude made ALL THE DIFFERENCe! I feel people who can bring a great attitude and vibe even if just handing someone food, not making the customer feel bad for asking for sauces, napkins etc, and she was just so great. IHope you understand the value of that personality. It’s rare and makes all the difference. I will try to catch her every time I come get my lashes done now. And girl if you read this, you should try to get into serving/bartending. You would do wonderful! Don’t loose that! Thank you so much!
Have always liked Wendy's but when they keep showing a commercial about hot and crispy fries that's what I expect to get! But nope, went there today and my fries were Luke warm and soggy, gross!!!
Prices are fair, food is fair, staff was kind of rude. It isn't the worst fast food restaurant, its just ok
Wendy's is another of the large chains. But, even within the franchises there are some locations better than others and this Wendy's is one of the best! When I want a good burger, worthy of spending money on... I choose here.
The line moved on an orderly manner amd the wait for food was less than six minutes IF that. And order was correct. Staff was friendly and good humored. Love this location. Will be returning again
WENDY, you just lost a customer! A half hour wait on the FAST FOOD DRIV THRU at Sullivan. The customer ahead of me lost it and began yelling “Move the line”. The fries were salty and not fresh, the sliders not tasteful. One star only for the deal that’s all! I will not be coming back!!!
