went through the drive-thru and they tried to tell me my card was declined even though I just got paid. spent 10 minutes on the phone with my bank confirming that they never received a swipe to decline. so then I tried to go through the dining area and let them know that and reordered my food and paid for it with the card that was supposedly declining. went to get my order and they screwed it up. I wasn't rude but the gal sure was when I told her I wanted my money back. I'm not sure what fast food restaurants inversion is to a customer asking for no onions. but this seems to happen anytime I'm at this business
Great value. Great service. Within the realm of fast food this Wendy's ranks among the top of it's class.Bonus: they ask you what sauce you want and you actually get it!Except Sawesome sauce.. Which they were out of.. or don't carry anymore.. or can't get anymore.. I'm not sure... but I say bring back the Sawesome sauce!
Do not eat here. Love Wendy's but this one is so mismanaged. Slowest service in Spokane. Slow moving people, no one cares. The manager was slow and joking. Meanwhile 12+ cars in the drive through. Went inside and waited 2 minutes for someone to even get to the register. Then, waited for 10 minutes and was served BEFORE 2 other groups waiting ahead of me.
I tagged Wendy's 3 stars because I have only gone to this particular store at night on an Uber eats drive. I waited in their drive thru for 40 minutes before I finally cancelled the drive because in that timeframe, out of the seven cars in front of me that hadn't ordered, one has driven off and there were still three cars ahead of me that hadn't ordered yet. I would give them only one star for this, however, it may be better in the daytime. Or maybe they just had too many people call off tonight.

No one answers the phone?Drive thru ordered at 8:49PM. Pulled forward to wait for order, no cars behind me. Two cars waiting for their orders, pulled forward. About 4 cars in the parking lot. The inside restaurant was quiet. Drive thru empty, except for myself and 2 cars pulled forward waiting for our orders.We ordered 4 Baconator Double PLAIN, Bacon Cheese Potato with Chives, Baconator Fries, and 2 Lg drinks. $50ALL the bacon has ketchup on it! Gross!The baked potatoes bacon has KETCHUP on it! Each of the 4 Baconators, the BACON HAS SMEARED KETCHUP ON IT! Putting more bacon on top of slimy ketchup bacon is gross! What did you use to wipe it off with! Even when checking the order, the buns were plain, because the ketchup was smothered on the bacon and on the bottom! DISGUSTING!Loading bacon on top of ketchup smeared bacon on the Baconator Fries was NASTY!How did ketchup get on the bacon in the baked potato? I’ve always loved this Wendy’s. Staff are always super friendly and they do take pride in their cleanliness which I appreciate. The last few times though I’ve been there my fries were frozen. I went back to get new ones and the manager laughed and said the staff didn’t know what they were doing which I thought is was funny. She made it up to us by redoing our order and giving all my kids ice cream. Manager was cool and fun, but should be more strict on her employees to do their job correctly.
While the food is always good, the evening crew is super slow. I watched a guy spend 2 minutes making one sandwich while throwing food at another employee. The people in front of me spent approximately 6 minutes ordering. Typically the service here is great, but not today.
While the food was okay, the employee Sal berated and yelled at a customer from across the dining area in front of all of the other customers without provocation. I can't support an establishment who refuses to reprimand employees that verbally abuse customers in such a manner.
They've literally never messed up my order, with probably one or two exceptions. Most of their food is great, even if I generally don't get very flavorful food. I've even got other people's opinion about this place, and most say that the service is great and the food is well serve. I will say, as I eat fresh and warm chicken nuggets straight from this location, that this is the greatest place you can visit for food.
I am well aware that fast food isn’t great and I never expected it to be, but this Wendy’s is so bad. Cold food, old food, over cooked, undercooked, moldy, stale, you name it. I experienced all of these things in a single order. Gross.
