I wanted to share with you all the awesome service I got today. Not only was my drink amazing one one of the best I have ever had at Wakeup Call. But Travis was very friendly and make the BEST coffee I have had in a long time. I come through often it's always a good cup of coffee. But today was exceptional! Thankyou Travis.
I had to edit my review from a five star review down to a one star. I’ve been through the North Division store several times and it keeps getting worse. I understand inflation is kicking everyone right now. But if you’re only going to give me 20oz in a 24oz cup, let me know before hand so I can order a 32oz so I get what I actually want. And how is this bagel extra toasted? It’s not even toasted. Its slightly warm bread. Overall a very failed experience and quite honestly a waste of money and time.
The Wake-up Call is good! I appreciate that their baked goods are local and that they offer non-dairy milks. They’ve got smoothies too. The staff is always friendly and handles the long lines they get well. Try The Abbey. It’s my favorite!
Ever since they stopped making drinks with Redbull and exclusively started using their Mad Hatter energy the quality of their drinks have declined tremendously. Even ordering a coffee drink doesn't taste the same. I'm very conscious about what coffee shops I go to, and the last 3 times I've ordered a drink from this location the customer service has been sub-par. I get some of the workers may be new, but they definitely aren't teaching/practicing good customer service. I mean, I'm still going to come here every now and again, but it's hard to pull in when you have Blissful Blends and Hot Toddys right down the street.
A fantastic morning "wake up"! My morning stop at Wake Up Call and the GREAT service Bri delivers each and every time, is the best coffee experience I have ever had. Thank you...5-star coffee and service.
I recently switched to this location from the northwest blvd one. 1. Because the amazing Kaela was moved there. 2. They do carry sugar free red Bull so I can finally drink my bramble jam again (the mad hatter is disgusting and does not go well with all drinks)Everyone has been very nice and sweet up until today.I’m not sure the girls name but she was probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at any of the locations I’ve been to over the last 3/4 years and I go through almost daily.She was incredibly short with my mother as she ordered her drink and then argued with me about my drink. I specified Red Bull and she asked if mad hatter was okay. I asked if they were out of red Bull and she said they don’t sell it anymore. but the day before they did and i mentioned that to her. She then got even more of an attitude and said you have to ask for it. Which I did because I knew that already from coming through almost daily. She finally took my order snatched the card out of my mothers hand and then didn’t even let us sign or leave a tip. Plus my order was more than normal. She was so rude I would never want her take my order again or make me a drink. This was more than an off day.I did mention it to the nice lady at the window but not sure if that will make a difference or not.I gave a 3 star because of the other nice employees but if it happens again I’ll have to find a whole new company to get my daily coffee from.
This stand is always my go-to to get my coffee! Every time I see Karli there she always makes it the best experience as she is so sweet and makes the best cup of coffee I’ve had there! She is also speedy with it but always keeps up great conversation while making the drink. Great staff like her give me reason to come back so often!
The guy that served me on Sunday March 7, Travis, was super friendly. He allowed me to try the drink that he recommended and made sure that I liked it before I left. Great great staff all around and they always make sure you are satisfied!
Kaitlyn was really nice when I pulled up made good conversation. Double checked what food they had in stock before I ordered something they didn’t have. And Bree made the coffee strong just the way I like it to taste.
