Go here everyday so yummy for smoothies so coffee ! This smoothie is strawberry banana with raspberry and blueberry so recommend!!
I love the girls at wake up call on 5th and Freya!! Jenny is absolutely fabulous, she is one of the only ones who can make my drink just right! I love the girls there and always leave with a smile! Jenny u rock! Keep up the good work girls love ya! I am and will be one of you biggest fans!
Went through this location for the first time. Jeni helped me out. I wanted something different and she made up her own little favorite combination!!! Was very pleased with her recommendation and customer service. Will definitely be returning.
I’m a huge drink fan! Anywhere that serves non-alcoholic specialty drinks are my thing! Loved the vibe here. The workers were friendly and helpful when ordering. Their specialized drinks are the bomb, but when I tried to order a mixed drink combo, they didn’t put enough flavor for drink size ratio and it didn’t turn out that great. I do like that they have two drive up windows. Things they could improve on: drink variety with out coffee…. Syrup flavor list for easier ordering……drink size to flavoring ratio.
This location and many other locations have zero ability to keep a line moving. Their coffee and prices are great but I've avoided the stands all together because service is so slow.I would stop if there is no one in line. I spent 10 min in line before I finally gave up and left.If you aren't in a hurry and don't mind waiting a minimum of 10min for a drink then this isn't a bad stand at all. If you do mind avoid this place and find a different place to go.
I went there today for the first time and was struggling with the menu and what certain coffee drinks were. Caitlyn was very helpful in helping me pick the perfect drink for me! Then when I got to the window my drink was even already made for me and Mia kept the line moving pretty fast. Great employees, and even better coffee.
I had an awesome experience here! I struggle to order anything more complicated than just a black coffee. Caitlyn was super sweet and helpful, and she made me a killer drink! I definitely will be back to get another!
Went by last weekend and got a chai. Caitlyn (Caitlin? - sorry!) helped me make a new drink since I wanted to try something new. Told her I was stressed and she made it super easy to get something I liked.When I got back to my desk, I saw that she wrote “have a fantastic day! :)” and it totally changed my mood. Caitlyn is the best barista there is, she always has a smile on her face and knows how to brighten up the day! She gives the best advice on drink recommendations and always makes my drinks spectacular. Definitely recommend going to this Wake Up Call!!!
Been coming to this location consistently over the last few years and it never ceases to amaze me at how wonderful the staff is here at this location. Katelynn, Mia, Lily, Nalina, and Aveah always have the greatest attitudes and biggest smiles in their voices and I can only imagine how difficult that can be dealing with grumpy morning people like myself. They themselves have made me a forever customer and always so willing to come back without hesitation. Keep up the amazing work!
