Formerly Veraci Pizza, Versalia’s wood fired pizza oven greets you at the entrance. You can watch pizza artisans from start to finish honing their craft. Excellent variety of pizzas and sumptuous salads. Draft beers and signature beverages. Outdoor seating is boss, and indoors is very comfortable. High ceilings provide space cutting loose and relaxing. Service is friendly and efficient. Note busy times as waits are common. This place is a Kendall Yards cornerstone restaurant, and will be for years ahead.

I always come here for my pizza needs and the food is always delicious! I changed my review because I recently had gone in and felt a little embarrassed. We came and asked for an outdoor seat, the waitress told us there would be a small wait and we were okay with that. She said she would go clear the table for us and have us seated outdoors shortly. 5-10 minutes went by and a couple came in and asked to be seated outdoors, the hostess looked at the other hostess and then marked my initial off the outdoor seat and put a new one on it and then proceeded to take them outside. She came back and told us she was sorry but our seat was given up due to miscommunication and then said it was a small wait for a table indoors. I was understanding and we sat indoors. We only got our waters when I noticed 3 outdoor seats were now available so I politely went up to the hostess stand and asked if it was ok to be moved outdoors due to our situation (I wouldn’t have asked if there were other people waiting for seats but the lobby was empty.) The waitress told me that I would have to rejoin the wait list of 35 minutes and that I was never actually promised an outdoor seat when I first initially came in. I tried to tell her that I was actually promised a seat but it was given up to someone else by accident. She then started to raise her voice a little, becoming more stern and told me that I was never promised a seat and that I couldn’t go outside. I said fine and walked back to my table in embarrassment because everyone was watching. I felt a little crazy..I was polite and just asking if it was available. Then the hostess that had helped me prior told me she would seat me outside and apologized. We were seated outside and then the other waitress who was super defensive with me came and apologized for the inconvienience. It was a little awkward after and I don’t know if I’ll be back but on the bright side the food and atmosphere is well put together

Absolutely my favorite pizza in spokane. They nail the basics so well I usually end up getting a pepperoni, but all of the pizzas I've had have been great. I usually prefer to order delivery online, or order for carryout as the service can be really inconsistent. Often, there's a 45+ minute wait for a table with open tables visible(I assume its due to staffing and not overloading front of us), and even after my party has been sat, I've waited 30 minutes for a server to take my orders.

Ordered 3 pizzas, all incredible!

Excellent customer service. Gorgonzola salad was delicious. Pizza was great.

Another great lunch at Versalia! Enjoyed a full sized salad and a whole pizza between the two of us, with a couple slices to take home. Great thin crispy crust and adventurous topping options (Sausage Arugula), and the salad (Gorgonzola Pear) had generous amounts of the specialty toppings and house made dressing, perfect for soaking up with the last few bites of crust! Delicious!

Great service. Pizza slices are amazing! Cool signature drinks.

Updated: owners improved the order process, still takes a while as expected for handmade pizza, but it is clearer and smoother the last few times.Great food and staff but the ordering and flow need some work. Usually a long wait and hard to plan for the experience.

We ordered the pizza by phone after reading the trip advisor reviews and were told they were busy and short staffed and would be an hour wait--understood. We arrived at the appointed time and after I paid(including a tip) she informed my it would be another 30 minutes but would call when ready. We were parked right across the street so when she called I was there within 30 seconds. We were starving at this point so we opened the box and dug in. Well the pizza was cold, so she didn't call me when it was ready. The crust was limp and the toppings were good but not too plentiful. We won't be back--there are way too many other pizza places out there.

Great pizza place, been coming here for years. Not sure what's been happening with management and operations, but it's getting tough to continue to go back since even small orders can take 45 minutes during non-peak hours. A pizzeria should NEVER require that kind of time for a slice or two order. As a New Yorker, if any of the pizzerias in the city consistently took that long for small orders they'd be out of business within a month. Inefficient operation getting in the way of a great pizza place.
