Went to dinner with a girlfriend and couldnât be happier she had recommended Umi. It was super easy to make a reservation. It said only 2 seats left but when we arrived there were far more tables available than that. The food was fantastic. We shared the Hawaii Roll, Rod Roll and she said her fave was the fried California roll. It was also my favorite, that spicy mayo is just too good. The seaweed salad was totally new to me and a fun new thing to try. Service was great. Our server was very attentive. Cannot wait to come back and try more.

Cool on a hot day. I recommend sitting downstairs in the bar. Service is top notch and the food reasonably priced and satisfying.

We thought we reserved a spot at the Sushi bar, but our reservation ended up in the downstairs bar. There was foot traffic and noise to get accustomed to but every patron and service person was happy and enjoying themselves. We had the best time with Anistacio (?) providing service and his recommendation based on what we shared we liked. He was personable, attentive while busy and never made us feel hurries. We needed up spending the two hours enjoying the best meal and experience weâve had in Spokane thanks to him and the amazing chefs and quality at UMI. Highly recommend!
This was probably the highest quality sushi I've ever had outside of Japan. It was awesome!
Predictably good sushi. Every dish has a similar taste. Service leaves a lot to be desired.
Even though our preferred server Griffin wasnât working. Still had a great time with Jake. As always. Have to get the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Actually got two! And my favorite roll. The Alaska Roll!
Iâve lived in Spokane for five years now and have tried every sushi. place. This by far is the greatest one in town. Highly recommend the Godzilla roll!
