Great service and food! Also wonderful drinks to top it all off!
Anniversary.
Twigs has been my favorite eatery for my family and myself for years at this point. I have 3 sons and always clean up and TIP FAT to compensate. Absolutely outstanding atmosphere, wonderful service and exquisite food every time. Tonight however was a completely different experience. While the food was on-point (as always) -from the hostess (rude as hell) to the server (rude, snotty, paid no attention to the children) to the guy that ignored me as I walked out the door, to which I said ‘thank you so much, have a wonderful night!!’ On top of it all, when my kids dad tried to say something to the manager about his hostesses and server, the manager was RUDE and DISMISSIVE, wouldn’t stop clearing a table to listen and brushed him off like he was the problem. I expect more from my favorite place to eat. Again, I’ve been bringing my family here for years and never had less than a wonderful time. I dunno who this crew on Friday night (7/8) is but something needs to be done. Training asserted. I dunno. But this was whacko. I am severely disappointed. This is again, my favorite restaurant in town. The service tonight was disappointing at best. I’m not wanting to return, makes me super sad. Do better Twigs!!!!! Do better.
Poor food quality. Great drinks! Good service. Hopefully this establishment can find it's way back to past quality.

Great atmosphere, wonderful food and drinks and the staff are very friendly.
Reliable high endish pub food in the quality restaurant starved northside of Spokane. We both had blackened fish tacos, shrimp and mahi mahi. Quite tasty and fresh. The prices on their entrees have exceeded what I consider reasonable $$ for this type of place, but cocktails and pub fare quite reasonable (in these times). Service was not stellar but adequate. They have a captive market.
Our friends commented that the hamburgers were perfect. I had the fig and prosciutto pizza which was super good and I would like to return and have it all over again. Maybe I would even share with my husband, that is maybe! Our server was very helpful and friendly.
No one greeted us when we arrived. We waited for ten minutes at the hostess stand. We ordered drinks and an appetizer which came out in a timely manner. After waiting for 40 minutes for our food we decided to leave. There seemed to be plenty of staff in the restaurant, not sure what happened with the food.
