This might be my favorite brunch place with friends. The food is great- nothing bad that I have heard of. The drinks are so good and there is something for everyone! I love flavored mimosas and they do not disappoint. Parking is occasionally an issue but that’s Kendall Yards for ya. I am also very grateful that they open earlier than 10 for brunch since I work nights a lot. All good things.
My family all agreed that this restaurant is very good. Not great (to us), but very good. Food - 4 stars - loved that they have a unique menu. It was fun to try twists on classic breakfast/brunch food (i.e. gingerbread waffles). All the food we had was very good. I do wish the portions were a bit bigger given the price. Service - 4 stars - it took us an hour to get seated but once we were they were fast and pleasant. Atmosphere - 4 starts - loved the retro vibe but wished the space was a bit bigger and that they had more booths - we ended up being seated in the middle of the restaurant and it wasn't the most comfortable experience. Prices - 4 stars - I get it that the prices are a bit higher since they are offering some pretty creative and unique dishes but as mentioned earlier, I do wish the portions were a bit bigger. Was still hungry after we left. All in all, we would go here again if there were tables readily available but honestly it was not worth the long wait we experienced.
This place is AMAZING. Service is great, and the food is even better! Can honestly say I've only ever had the chicken and waffles. But I was on a mission to find the best, and this was indeed, the BEST chicken and waffles I've ever had!! Unfortunately I live in Montana, but I make personal trips to Spokane just to come here for those chicken and waffles! Thank you so much!
Excellent food selection service and price. Casual diner atmosphere. Located in Kendal Yards near downtown by the river in a new development .
Great service. Great food. My power burger did not quite stay together, fork was required. However. This burger is soooo tasty. Chicken and waffles...fabulous. I heard that the AM rice was really good.
Do expect a 30-40 minutes wait, this is a no reservation reservation and they do provide takeout which does effect the wait time for seating and arrive or the food. We ordered Chicken and waffles and Cobb wedge salad which was absolutely delicious. However, I order a chai tea latte and the flavor was not to my taste, but their chicken and waffles was something to try.

MY GOODNESS!!! Ordered the Yards Benedict, caramel apple pancakes, and chorizo & egg tacos for the first time recently...and I was speechless. Well seasoned, cooked to perfection, and freshly made. Portion size for the pancakes was enough for my kids to share. Get a side of their bacon while you're at it, too. You're welcome in advance!
Disrespectful staff that shove baby diaper face masks in your face regardless of caring what your medical exceptions include. Their knowing my families health status is also none of their business. Won’t be returning and all I can say is food was pretty bad as it wasn’t even able to be consumed without sitting in line with a mask. They probably want you to wear the mask between bites. What a joke.
A popular breakfast spot in Kendall Yards area of Spokane. Relatively new neighborhood that is been in making for several years. Yards is one of the first eateries opened in. The food is great and people are friendly. Anything with huckleberry tastes wonderful. They have a wide variety of house sodas.
