We made it out this past weekend and just loved it! The shop front is ADORABLE! Smells like heaven! The person working was super friendly! They told us all about how they make the ice creams right there in this cool vintage looking ice cream maker. There were so many cone choices including bubble waffle which I am definitely trying next time. We tried 4 flavors total, the flavors are always changing so they may not be there when you visit but I'm sure there will be something equally good. Our party had salted caramel, watermelon sorbet, biscoff cookie and chocolate coffee something or other ;). Everyone had similar feedback: really lovely texture, DELICIOUS! Go there if you haven't, go there if you have, they're awesome!?
I got the cherry starburst ice cream in a confetti waffle cone cup which was amazing and when I noticed that they had these itty bitty ice cream cones for little kids, I thought they were so cute like miniature unicorn horns and so the person at the counter stuck one on top of my ice cream scoop for good measure which made me laugh. Ty for adding to a pleasant Sunday afternoon with friends. :)
The Scoop is great and one of few places open a bit later than most. We only have non dairy dessert, thus the fact that they have (typically coconut based) ice cream is great. We enjoy the rotating flavors. Having something with chocolate always around would be stellar, but that's a personal preference. Some different flavors at each location keep us visiting either Kendall Yards or the South Hill location. The vegan brownies and cookies are legitimate, but often sold out.

I love being able to get a vegan ice cream cone. Every flavor I've ever had has been amazing and creamy. I had their chocolate coconut and I will never forget it.
This had been my families weekly treat for a long time. After tonight we will never return again. The unprofessional behavior of the owner along with the female worker tonight has made me never want to give them business again. When I refer to unprofessional behavior I mean the comment that the owner made about the swirl of socialism. I did not wear a mask but I have also never worn a mask the many times I have been there and it has never been an issue. I have seen other people come in without masks and no one has ever said anything. I also have a medical condition that exempts me from wearing a mask, but personally I don’t think that’s anyones business but my own.

We went last night. The place was busy and the atmosphere was buzzing. The lines were long with people anxiously waiting for their turn to order. I was thinking this is going to be great there are a lot of people and seems to be super popular. However that was not the case. Our experience was terrible! My daughter and husband had ordered the new “waffle bubble cone”. My daughter gets hers sits down and first bite she says mom taste this so I do and the waffle portion is SOUR. Then we wait 15 min for my husbands and he finally gets his and same thing his is soured! I politely go up and let the lady know that the batter tasted sour and something was very wrong. She just looks at me with a blank stare and says well that’s strange because I had one about 20 minutes ago and it was fine. And was continuing to make bubble waffles for other people. I told her that that was unlikely because we had been in line for about 20 minutes. They were slammed busy. So she just blatantly lied. didn’t look over and there is a container that is on the last bit of powder. And I turn to her again and say is that what you used for our bubble waffles. She said yes it is and it was caked with dried batter at the top: It looked like it I’ve been sitting out all day. I asked her if that’s what she made ours with and she admitted that she did. I told her politely that I thought that the daughter had gone bad and that she needed to stop serving that to people. I never got a refund nor did I receive even a apology for the experience. Instead they both wanted to just try to ignore the situation and just looked at me with blank stares.both of the girls that were working were not experienced at all in customer service. The one thing I did receive was the relief of mind that they had taken all the batter and thrown it out and stopped serving the bubble waffle cones. Beware if you go and try to order the bubble waffle cone. Double check how they are serving it!
A place with terrible service and rude staff. Dear visitors, be careful, the employees of this cafe may attack you with aggression. We didn't like this behavior and left without using their services. I recommend that the owner of this business fire these workers or educate them about the fact that they should be polite with clients.
