I ate there yesterday, it's normally my favorite buffet to go to price is usually decent food is always fresh and lightly cooked . Not yesterday, price went up again. I understand they have a new grill cook which puts way to much salt on the food. No horse sauce and like the Steak over salted. I'm on a strict low salt diet, now I have to look for another buffet for health reasons.?☹️
Recently came back to The Grand after COVID and was pleased with service and food!A few years ago The Grand actually accommodated us on Christmas Day! We received a call from another Spokane Restaurant that had some flooding and they were unable to accommodate dinner for us and they suggested that we call The Grand.The Grand was able to make room for us and we had a great Christmas Dinner and Drinks!
Waited 20 mins to be seated in a dark corner. Every food item we originally asked for, they were out of. Table has our silverware and napkins thrown on. Table still had residue of something and the food was bland and tasteless. For a GRAND hotel I was unimpressed and disappointed
The bartender Zachary is AMAZING! He suggested the yummy Prime Rib sliders and mixed a refreshing Italian Wine Spritzer with friendly, fast service. Professional & Courteous service is why I gave 5 stars.
The ambiance is top notch but the bar is a tad crowded.
