Beautiful day & the outside patio off of the bar was open, seat yourself at the North Division location. Alisha(spelling?) came by to let me know that she'd be right with me as she was the only employee servicing the bar. Dropped off my drink, said she'd be back with a menu. She got distracted, thinking that she'd already taken my order but realized it wasn't there. She was very gracious and apologized for the delay, offering me a free appetizer with my dinner (I do understand getting distracted). She dropped off the menu and went to take care of other tables, then came back for my order. The whole time that I was there, she was gracious and just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. She didn't complain nor whine about her human mistake. I wish all servers would take a page out of her book. She rocks.
We love Thai Bamboo! We have dinner there multiple times per month and so enjoy the awesome food and friendly, great staff.It’s also a place where those who might be celiac don’t need to worry about the food creating problems in their diet…… the gluten free choices are just about every item! Love it! If you haven’t been there go!!
This is fantastic. The inside is insane with decor. The ceiling is all fabric with twinkling lights. Large bamboo style room dividers offer a break up for the center tables. It has a stage and lighting so they likely have music or something, I wasn't there for that tho.The food portions are generous! The spring rolls are crunchy and savory. Seriously, this place is a must when in Spokane. 100% will be back again and again!
I feel like Thai Bamboo is seriously great but wish they were more consistent on spice. I can order a 4 star or a 5 star on my dish and sometimes it feels like there is hardly any spice at all in my dish. I used to always order a 3 and it would super spicy. Otherwise truly it’s great food and great quality and the staff is always so kind.
I have been going here for great food for many years! This is where I always bring my company from out of town. It is very pretty inside, the food is delicious and the service is always great. The only gripe I have is that they changed their menu a little. I always order the same thing and they no longer have the Orange Paradise Beef, which has been a favorite of mine and my families. So when I discovered this today, I was really bummed out! It just wasn't the same without that item in our family style dinner.
I don't like to write negative reviews, but this restaurant needs to know what I think of this place. We waited too long for our meals (3 people total), even though there were only a handful other customers. But the real issue was the food we were served. I can't even remember the last time I ate food that was this bad. No flavor, tasted like cardboard. We tried each others meal to see if only my meal tasted this bad. Nope, every single meal that was served at our table was seriously tasteless. I could go on. The whole display was gross...slimy. For what we paid, we received a slap in the face. My stomach is upset since we left.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst Thai food EVER!!! Not even close to authentic. Sent back one dish 3x because it was not cooked. Another we were comped. Taste was completely off. We spoke with the server for a while and even the server turned her nose up at to it and said she wouldn't eat it. Server was tipped well as she did her job and was very nice.
Amazing food for a great price! Great atmosphere as well as great staff, ourswas Rosario! Huge portions, and best I've had in a while!
It was a great find . I had a gift card for the mustard seed and went there for dinner just to find out they could not expect it do to computer issues. So I left and found this restaurant. My night was saved great food and awesome service. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
Waited 30 minutes thought it would be fresh. Meat was chicken thin sliced and dry. No flavor.No sauce everything very dry. Huge disappointment, wouldn’t even rate it a one.Using Costco egg rolls ( smaller than your thumb). Had three choices ( meals + egg rolls and Tom yum )Not one had sauce. Couldn’t even get the heat right . Will never return
