Roadhouse opens at 3 PM on a Thursday. We arrive 3:13. Told it would be a 10 minute wait. They were waiting for all the servers to show up. Must have been 5 or 6 other couples ahead of us already, waiting. And there must have been at least 10 to 12 couples already eating. ?? Wow. Some people came in...party of six. seated ahead of us. Two other people came in..said they would sit in the bar. By the time we were seated, those two had already gotten a table too. We did not seat until 3:49 PM. The outside temp was 92. Nice and cool inside for all of us old folk. But no where to sit. Several older ladies were having some problems, but did hostess do anything? Nope. Just stood there... We Ordered a porterhouse. Gonna split it because it's so big. Ordered it Med Rare. Came to us Med to Med Well. I figured it would take another hour to get it cooked properly. and frankly, our server did her job to a point. But... Overall, I'm disappointed because I used to like Texas Roadhouse. What is going on??? I guess Wolf Lodge is where we go now on.
The food was great as it is usual from Texas Roadhouse. But, this time we NEED to recognize the service. Natalie was AMAZING, super attentive and great energy. Our 4 hours trip from Bellevue was totally worth it. 100% recommended.
We thought we would give this place a try and although the food was OK the service was not and I really think this was a management issue. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, salad, and an entree, the problem is they all came at the same time. Not a relaxing way to have dinner out. I think management is just trying to turn tables as fast as they possibly can. Not a great experience as a customer. Won't be back.
Went there for our anniversary because my wife picked it. Thought a steak house would cost a arm and a leg But they we were very reasonable. Staff are very good, cheerful and fun. That is half the dining experience. The wonderful steak topped off The evening. My wife and I now have a new favorite place. I see reviews where people are unhappy guess we are very lucky. Been to the Texas roadhouse in Idaho and Spokane once more. In the total of three times have never been disappointed.
The food was not disappointing. The service was terrible. This was my first time going and it won't be on my "let's go eat, where do you want to go?" list. One of the waitresses spilled some of my sister's margaritas on my phone and napkin and just said "whoops", the other waitresses who was taking our order at the time just smirked and neither of them offered me another napkin so I could clean off my phone or tried to wipe up the drink off the table. No one apologized. We asked for a drink and they didn't bring it to us until we reminded them while they brought our food. Othee.than that and bringing pur drink, there was no interaction with the waitresses.The customer service is what definitely made it a terrible first time experience.
My favorite steak chain hands down, never disappoints on the quality of food & service. 12oz ribeye cooked medium with a loaded baked. Every thing was cooked correctly, service was good & food was consistent with numerous Texas Roadhouses in multiple states I have eaten at.
Short wait for seating, 6pm Thursday.Friendly and efficient server. One of the best pieces of sirloin I ever had, tender, juicy, cooked just rare side of medium rare, as I requested. Wife's ribeye was also very nice, as were the fried pickles. All-in $85 with tax and 20% tip. Recommended.
The full slab of ribs & the sweet potatoes were smaller then from my homestate in California. And this could be there way of not raising their prices. But everything tasted exactly like what I expected.. so 5 stars for taste & friendly staff.
Went for birthday dinner for my wife. I was very disappointed with the steak. It was not tender it was soft like it had been left in the tenderize too long. Staff did not seem as friendly as before. Wife and son enjoyed their dinner.
The prime rib was delicious. We told our server to compliment the cooks on an excellent meal. She did and the kitchen manager actually came out to thank us. It was quite nice.The server was friendly and so nice. We enjoyed our dinner. Staff smiled and greeted diners.
