Big serving, incredible Mexican food at a fantastic price and they get it to you quickly, even when it's busy! The salsa is super good, so if you're ordering to go, get some extra to enjoy it for the next day. Also, everyone working there has been super nice and makes people feel at home in the comforting dining area, which includes a patio for the warm spring and summer nights. Can't recommend them enough
Wow, I was blown away. A friend invited me to lunch, and he picked Tecate. The staff was very welcoming and attentive the whole time. I ordered the shrimp tacos, and was amazed. They had tons of flavor, and they do something unique with the tortillas. I am used to the double tortillas on the taco, but they put cheese between them and browned the outer one. Holy smokes, what an idea. Not only do you get a quesadilla like wrap on your taco, but it holds up and keeps it from falling apart. I am definitely bringing my family and friends back here. They had a great atmosphere and great food.
The food is plentiful and flavorful. While the base dish lacks the spicier facet of a more traditional Mexican palate, you can ask for the food to be fired up when ordering. Unfortunately I did not learn this until after I got my order, but the staff had a decent salsa verde on standby.In addition, the cost was very reasonable. Despite the relatively low price point, Tecate grill appeared to run as a much more expensive place. Good staff, clean tables, and efficient service were found everywhere I looked.I will definitely be coming back.
Very friendly staff. I think they forgot about us. It took about an hour to order but to be fair, it was super busy. My food was okay but I think I didn't order well. I've had better food there before.
Excellent quality Mexican food! No cheap ingredients, they use sliced fresh romaine instead of that nasty shredded iceberg lettuce, and the fajita veggies had a variety of other vegetables instead of just onions and bell peppers like usual. Beans, gauc, and even the rice was on point and tasted fresh. Nothing tasted like it came from a can or the freezer.Our waiter was awesome and had a great sense of humor. Definitely worth your money!
Pablo and company's Tecate is THE premeire Mexican restaurant in Spokane. The food is always exquisite, the ambiance is happy, the restaurant is clean and the service impeccable. Pablo and his team treat you like royalty and the dollar to food ratio is astronomical. If you want Mexican food in Spokane, look no further than Tecate! Enjoy!

The shrimp mushroom pasta dish was fantastic ?. Service was great and the atmosphere pleasant. As a matter of personal taste I thought the salsas we're over-pureed.
Went for my baby brother's birthday. Meal was so salty that I tried two bites (hoping the first one was a fluke, I guess) and returned my food to the kitchen.They were kind enough to offer a complimentary meal but I declined. The only thing I wanted after that salt lick experience was soda pop an water.
