Had to eat here on the road, and once we arrived in Spokane, while we were moving. Unlike my sons (in their 20's), I hadn't eaten Taco Bell in what seemed like a century. I was amazed at how much food you could get for the price paid. It was tasty, too. We ordered a couple of taco and burrito boxes ( eight tacos, I believe, four burritos). I had a taco and a burrito, my younger son demolished the rest. I was surprised he did not eat the wrapping paper and the box, too.Good meal, great value, tasty, fast, and the service was great. I'd eat here again.

Ever since you started trying to upsell sour cream I end up with it on things that don't come with it and things that I request to NOT have sour cream. It's annoying to be asked after EVERY item if I want to add sour cream and even more annoying when I'm on a limited time frame for my lunch break to get a meal I can't eat because your staff is so ingrained with putting sour cream on things that they can't seem to get my order straight. If this was the first time I'd just look at it as an opportunity to cut some calories, but this seems to happen more often than not and the amount of time I've spent dealing with this has got me to a point where replacing the food I paid for isn't good enough. I'm over it. Time is money. Will be sitting in the drive through window checking my food before I drive off for now on. I don't even care if it slows your drive through time or irritates the patrons behind me. I'm tired of wasting time and going hungry on lunch breaks because of this!

I work with Uber, and showed up for a pick up. Sadly they didn’t have it done. So I waited about half an hour, and still it wasn’t done. This was at 12:23pm on May 10th. The reason I am bringing this up is because of a rude remark from one of the staff here. Where they said that is wasn’t their problem. They work for Taco Bell not Uber. It was loud enough for me and other customers to hear in the lobby. The other thing is. I lost out on that delivery. Which means I lost money. I also used to work for Taco Bell myself. Would say that this was very unprofessional, and that maybe that person should be talked to by their manager. Anyways I am leaving this one star review all because of you. Whoever you were. Enjoy.

One is the slowest customer Service here is pitiful pathetic customer service they preferred to dance too the background music instead of working. The manager has no clue what’s going on she wants to hide in the background trying to hide her office then when you bring it to her attention she looks like a deer in the headlights don’t know anything of what you’re talking about I have never seen such poor management skills I asked for a phone number to call upper management and she just looked at me like had no clue what I was talking about

food was not to bad. All the sauce and cheese was all in one spot. I asked for more sauce packets for my other items and never received them. Paying attention to detail is key

Ordered online, they forgot 2 items. Went back through... they still forget an item. I feel bad complaining, but that really sucks & it's not the first time I've experienced service like this. Wasted time & money, not cool, guys.

Super short staffed, BUT Corina returned/stayed to take my order, even though she was off, and on her way out the door. That is customer service that is incredibly rare now days.

I paid for steak chalupas and received beef. Went back and ordered for my work mates and they shorted me 2 chicken chipotle wraps. That's two orders screwed up in one day! I can not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. They can't seem to get it right!

Could be better put together but they are short staffed so I cant really blame them. I suggest raising all staff to a living wage of $20.00 an hour and managers $25-$30.00 an hour. Wouldn't have any issues then with staff.

It was not a very clean place whatsoever, staff was rude.
