Ordered two soft tacos and a burrito supreme. Soft tacos were crunchy (in a good way) and the burger meat want juicy and delicious. Veggies were succulent and fresh. As for the burrito supreme... The flour tortilla was soggy. Didn't even eat it. Just fell apart as I proceeded in picking it up. Ordered through the drive-thru during a pretty chaotic afternoon. But overall, a decent experience. Will go back but at a different location. ?
Extremely disappointed with this location in the past few months. Let me preface by stating, my partner has been vegetarian for 5+ years. He ordered a bean and rice burrito… simple enough, right? Turns out they put beef in it!!! Which baffles me, because that isn’t even a menu option. He already has stomach sensitivity as it is, but this messed him up pretty badly for a few days, and frankly ruined our trust in ever coming back. All he received in “compensation” was a coupon for a free burrito or taco with next purchase. Very insulting! Do better Taco Bell!
Don’t order extra cheese or meat they charge you an they won’t even make it right I am so done an when asked for an manger was rudely told “she was one” her name is Kc or how ever it is spelled am tired of getting charged $2 for something I never get or even the food made right to begin with an there employees can’t even read Oders back or verifying
This location has employees that do not know their menuAssistant manager tries to cover up when somebody has a situation like allergy food served after asking the employee does this have this ingredient and the employee not knowing the ingredients says A lie. Then proceeds to try to sell you the product that you’re asking does this have that ingredient. When you asked to not have that ingredient in your meal you’re still served that ingredient.Spoke with a member of managementThe assistant manager was very rude used profanity and swearing on the phone. Told me take my business elsewhere. My business was a group of individuals from corporate restaurant owners. All these restaurant owners came to Spokane to do a serve-safe certification management program. This was a prime example of how not to have your restaurant be represented and be healthwise conscious. The order was placed…Took 25 to 30 minutes to receive the orderMany of the individuals in the group received wrong items in their meal, Including myself.Several of the individuals didn’t even receive part of their meal and had to go back and ask where is this? by presenting their receipt.Employees were argumentative and disgruntle.A very awful day.Concluded my normal business day.Called on the next official business day to speak with a manager from staff, when one was available since the evening shift said WE needed to call back when a day manager was on. Original call was from a hospital phone trying to speak to a managerCoworker is having a massive allergy attack due to the condition of wrongfully presented food that was supposed to Specifically by request not have that Allergic item in their food. Was greeted with hostility and standoff behavior. Assistant manager has identified by the person speaking on the phone was so beyond rude that the individuals that were witnessing the phone call on speaker shake their head in shame. This will never be a location for any of the business ventures with all of our friends that work with the Taco Bell corporation from East Coast to West Coast and I plan to take this all the way to the corporate head.I am leaving this comment as a reminder to those at work on shift that they have made mistakes and human error does occur but when human errors do occur, ownership of the error must occur as well.
Just received an order and the order received was wrong, what was ordered on the receipt was correct. Just be sure to double check your orders from this place. We were already back home when we realized it was not a correct order. I tried calling their store and all you get is a busy signal. We didn't feel it was worth more time to have it fixed, and now have to return as my husband's order wasn't even in the bag. The maneuverability/ location of the building/parking lot is a nightmare. Upon return they fixed the order and gave us cinna twists for the mix up. Staff were helpful and got the new order out quickly.
It was ok. Their value menu beef burrito went up by a dollar and down in size. Seems like taste also? Idk. I've cut way back on taco bell cuz of their price hikes. Maybe the quality is down too, at least the taste. I still recommend taco bell for a quick bite, it just won't b me as often. I'm sure I won't b missed!?
Got there about 8:15, found out the dining room closed at 8pm. Not a problem, except the drive through line was long, took 20 minutes to get through. Can't fault the workers, I was just glad they were open at all. The person taking orders was the nicest person, and even helped with a custom order. We need to be nice to the workers, not their fault they are dealing with worker shortages, and COVID issues, they are doing their best. Thank you taco bell workers. The food was excellent and I would definitely return!!
The food was good, employees were friendly, but the wait time was a little long but overall great experience
I got the OLDEST chalupa ever! That bread was hard as a rock, super cold must have been out at least an hour. If you order you have to literally tell them to make it fresh. Check to see if its actually hot, and then drive off. Otherwise you will get some nasty crusty food that been on a shelf for who knows how long.
Made tacos good. But gave less than a 1/4 of the container of cheese for the nachos. And I bought 4 nachos. The cheese from four nachos fit inside ONE cup. What a stingy rip-off!!!Never come here again. And I spent $50 dollars here.Scam
