Went in with coupons. They do not take national coupons. Left went to market steet location. They dont take coupons either. Not going back unless prices are lowered or take coupons. 15 dollars for a footlong is too much. Can eat at other restraunts for less. Maybe why at 530 pm there is no one there ordering. All other fast food in area were busy.
Food is good and so is the service. Bread was a little dry a few times. Disappointed that you no longer accept national coupons. Isn’t it better to accept the coupons and have my business then not at all? For I go to other Subways that still accept the coupons. You might want to rethink that one.
One,the young man that helped us was Extremely Rude Would not Except our coupon for 2 for 12.99I am going to raise some hell and get my money back. Don't get me started on no choice on the bread. Never been so disappointed in subway
I ordered off the subway app and received my order 10 minutes early. But the delivery driver forgot my drink and whoever made my sandwich forgot my bacon that came with the chicken bacon ? and my other sandwich wasn’t toasted.. I called the store to ask for a refund on the meal price and the worker didn’t let me get a refund and even admitted they forgot my drink and couldn’t bring it to me anymore ?
Will never go back to this Subway or any Subway after today. The manager Desiree should learn some customer service or find a new job that she doesn't have to deal with the public. I took my business to Jimmy John's instead!
The new delta airlines variant really has subway under a mask protocol even though they handle the food and Steve it to us with the germs that come off of them. Either way trrrible sandwich

My son ordered sandwiches for all of us today through Uber eats. We ordered three sandwiches, two of them being meals. When the food was delivered we only got our sandwiches. My son called the store and they were apologetic about the mixup but only gave the option for him to come pick up what was missing. The whole point was that my son didn't want to leave the house after working graveyard the night before. They gave him what was missing and apologized but as a former manager of a restaurant I know you should try to make up for the inconveniences there was nothing done to make up for the mistake and for him having to drive there. A little disappointed.
Best subway in town, excellent customer service. I'm glad they enforce the mask rule, makes me feel safe. Anybody that doesn't like that rule shouldn't come because they are just doing what they are told and as a state requirement. Definitely will be coming back and I seen some people complaining about doors being locked when they are still open. THEY HAVE 2 DOORS PEOPLE. USE YOUR EYES AND STOP COMPLAINING.
I showed up a half-hour before closing at 830pm and the open sign was on but doors were locked. Whoever owns the store probably isn't even aware this is happening. I will find a better location of Subway to go to. Probably a good idea to advertise actual business hours.
