Good tuna sandwich.Visited this particular location (South Hill 29th) because I was in the area.I'm choosing not to go to this location in the future because of their refusal to accept subway coupons. The reasoning for their refusal was "US foods raised prices and minimum wage is up".Well, now your customer base is down. I'll take my business to a location that accepts coupons.

Staff was very patient and kind

Two young gentlemen. One with longer brown hair was nice, the other was a new hire (he mentioned) with blonde curly hair who came in with no mask on and clocked in to his shift. Once behind the counter he didn’t keep his mask above his mouth. I went to pay for my meal with a $25 gift card and they let me know their system wasn’t working and wouldn’t take my gift card. The new hire was very rude and told me he could do nothing and that otherwise they would have to call the manager and ask, and he didn’t want to. I was polite and said I would pay with my own money, but frustrating they wouldn’t help me further. Will not be returning to this location.

Stores hours say close at 8pm. Show up at 740pm and they won't make a sandwich because they're closing. 20 freaking minutes till closing and u won't make a to go sandwich.

A young man with curly brown hair, at 29th location, started helping us. I asked him to do me a favor and take off his gloves and cover his nose with his mask, please. He told he he would take off his gloves but not put his mask over his nose. I left without ordering. This was 6 pm Wednesday December 8th.

Ordered 6 meals for pick up. Got there and had to argue that 6 meals with drinks would require 6 drinks cups instead.of the 3 given. Guys behind counter was shown order and receipt and still argued that only 3 cups were enough. Finally one relented, but we should have checked the food order. Got home and discovered we were shorted a sandwich also. Very unhappy with the service

Great service the girls were quick and attentive and made good sandwiches!

Do better!

The people that work there seem to be very happy and energetic. There's a girl there that has seen me in there 3 times and she already has my order memorized.

Apathetic teenage staff that couldn't be bothered to pretend they're supposed to be customer service representatives. Multiple containers of veggies that were empty and needed to be replaced, but nope, we got the dregs and mostly juice instead of any actual olives or pickles. Once the kid realized I wasn't tipping him, he didn't say another word the rest of the interaction. Wish I could mention them by name, but their chin length, unkempt, unnetted hair was covering their name tags.
