There was 3 people in front of me and the people getting checked out paid in cash and the employee kept his gloves on while taking the cash and giving them their change then wiped his hand over the table where they make the sandwiches and then proceeded to make the guy’s sandwich in front of me without changing his gloves. I left after i saw that.
Wife and I chose this Subway location because it was en route to where We were heading and it's the best! Environment was clean and comfortable. The main reason that this particular Subway is the best is because of Kevin's outstanding customer service! It's good to see someone enjoying what they do where it doesn't seem like a monotonous task. I can't say enough of how Kevin makes the experience worthwhile and feeling like the next time you're craving Subway then that's the Subway to go to. Saying this for a second time...but We'll definitely be back again. The customer service was excellent and also the food.
Ate here. Instantly got sick after halfway through my sandwich. Tried to go into the bathroom so I had somewhere to vomit but they refused to let me so I vomited all over their parking lot. Next time, it will be in your lobby! There’s your nasty food back! Also, worst customer service I have ever dealt with!
They need better customer service. They could also put a smile on their face and try to act like they're enjoying their job. I'll try a different Subway might be better people
Very attentive and prompt. Our order was taken , assembled, and finished in 5 minutes.....Intense.
Had a 3 sandwich order that we ordered upon arrival. There were 3 people ahead of me plus they had online orders before,during and after the 25 minutes we were there. Although a little frazzled they really did the best they could do! They both had good attitudes despite being in the weeds!They are the only Subway open after 8pm and they should have a 3rd staff to do to go orders separately my opinion..
Good food reasonable prices I've enjoyed my experience there every time.
Sad sandwich. New employee? Unsure of what I wanted? Just not good old subway.Haven't been in awhile, may not go back.
