Not happy got email saying food was almost ready put order in 2 hours before set up pick up time .I don't usually order online gave it a shot . Never again and will be going else to another subway to order .showed up 10 mins early and order has not even been started . Employer was rude and then tells me don't know when food gonna be ready this what I get for eating healthy...
I would have given more stars but there were people in line who were having to wait longer as a new online order came thru. The people were in line waiting way before the online orders and his excuse was "they paid first". Ok, well if you actually picked up the pace a bit, the people who are visibly in the restaurant can order and pay before half of those online orders. ?
The staff is always great at this location. Very quick, nice to chat with, and solid sandwich production.
Love subway but you guys need to update your hours, the shop was fully closed at 7:35
Dude had no mask on, (which almost makes me want to throw this food away, disgusting!) was rude and annoyed that I was here, and had some other guy in the back that was distracting him and making inappropriate jokes the entire visit.

I walked in without a mask and the lady behind the counter asked me if I had an online order, clearly acknowledging me, to which I said no. I stood in line for a good 5-7 minutes while the lady infront of me made her sandwich, and once they were done with her sandwich, I moved up and the lady asked if I had a mask to which I replied no. She said she couldn't serve me without a mask, even though the lady in front of me didn't have a mask on!I left and went to the location on lower division by Sonic. When I walked in the two servers were in what looked like a heated discussion with an older gentleman behind the counter, who had his mask hanging off one ear clearly not on his face.I asked the lady if the same person who owned the location at NW Boulevard own the one on division and she said yes, I proceeded to tell her what happened and she said she was also supposed to ask me to wear a mask. OK! That's Fine! But why is the guy not wearing his BEHIND THE COUNTER? Why are you telling me to wear one when the woman infront it me isn't and you took her order?Enforce the rule completely, without bias, or not at all. Won't eat at your locations again.
