Ordered online, got there to pick up and they were closed? Way to go Subway!
Used to be awesome in the last 6 months it’s turned into garbage…outta bread half the time…today was open but locked even saw an employee at the counter that just walked in the back when I got to the door no sign or or anything..another day stood there 15 minutes whileSomeone was in the back I coulda made my own sandwich grabbed some chips and walked out they wouldn’t even had noticed…I don’t know what happen to the old crew but they were efficient and made the best subway sandwiches I ever had. Done wasting half my lunch on this unreliable store. Don’t usually leave reviews good or bad but this store has now let me down too many times toNot vent
Skimpy on the toppings and they seem to be out of everything. Would not recommend this location until they fix something.
Arrived at 1020, store was listed to open at 10. Sign at store said it was to plopen at 10. Arrived to the store being locked, and witnessed an employee running into the back room when they seen us. Normally my go to Subway, but not anymore.
Out of several items, food erea messy, young male making sandwiches kind of rude!
This is the last time I will do an online order for this store I ordered an hour in advance and I showed up 10 minutes early to pick them up try to check in online it told me my time has expired and give me the phone number to call I called the store directly and nobody answered the phone for 5 minutes so I hung up and called back and still nobody answered the phone so I had to go inside and that's what they told me they were out of tuna for one of my sandwiches so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make me a new sandwich
At this location me and my family came in and there were 2 workers a male and female the male was great listened to all the instructions for 3 of the sandwiches and the female that made the other 2 had to keep asking many time what did I want on that anyway there was no breads just flat and wraps the drink machine was out of order I will not be going to this subway ever again
Glass case appeared DIRTY, smudges, not clean. Sandwiches were good.
We came in on a very busy day and were helped by Spencer, who is fantastic! He is very friendly and attentive. I really wish management would staff this location better, Spencer was all alone helping a huge line of people. Having to restock/bake bread/run register etc all alone is very unfair for your employees. I don’t mind waiting in a long line but your employees shouldn’t have to suffer because management won’t staff properly. Thanks again Spencer for your hard work!
This location was out of wheat bread and did not know until after arriving from placing an online order. Neither worker was wearing a mask and the female worker had hair hanging down in front of her as she was preparing the sandwiches, and getting very close to the food, She didn't have her hair pulled back or a bonnet. This is a health violation.
