EXCELLENT!! I've been looking for a great sub in Spokane since we moved up here many moons ago. This place is so legit. Their bread was literally the best we've ever had. Perfect crust but light and fluffy inside. We got the #1 and a #17. The full is huge. We took half home and ate it later. The staff was pleasant, proud of their product and quick. Stopped ✋ in at Sub Division, in need of a East Coast Real Submarine Sandwich ?, Wow this was the best real East Coast Sandwich on the Planet, The bread spot on, and choice of meats ? where top shelf in taste and in appearance, along with very fresh tasting vegetables, thin slices of tomato and the best tasting Oil & Vinegar, I've ever had, My hats off to you, Please open one in Tri cities we need some real deal Submarine Sandwiches, not the reject Jersey Mike's that we are suck with, and there so bad, even Jersey Kick them out, LOL but on a serious note people of Spokane, this little hole in the wall, shop makes the best Dam Sandwich you will ever taste ?, Thank you, Aaron B.
I ordered a meatball sub. This was by far the WORST sandwich. The meatballs were dry and hard. I'm not sure how this place is still in business. I will NEVER order from them again.
Service stinks.Bought an $8 sub and tried to get the combo. Cashier might not have heard me and didn’t ring in the combo and completed the transaction.I said okay fine, I’ll just buy chips separately then…cashier was going to process transaction when other guy making food (owner?) refused to sell me the chips if I was using credit card to pay $1.60 chips. Really…?So to save a few cents, they lost a customer for good. Carusos is right down the street with better sandwiches anyway.
The structure itself leaves a lot to be desired, the sandwiches are A+++! I have been going there for 34 years, and still wake up at 4 AM the day after and start counting down the hours until I can eat the second half for my lunch! Price is GREAT for the quality.

We will be going back! I can’t believe we have lived in Spokane for over twenty years and this is the first time eating at Subdivision. I placed my order online for pick up with special requests. I arrived five minutes later (we literally live a couple miles away) and our order was almost done. The sandwiches were exactly as ordered. It is a small shop with a little parking lot, so I see how a lot of people miss it, but the Subs are so good. We didn’t have to get extra meat to be able to tell that there was meat on the sandwich. The bread was fresh. This is a locally owned small business that still knows how to make a sandwich. This is our new family favorite for sandwiches and we will be going back.
Hands down my favorite sub shop. Their delivery is great. Their sandwiches are to doe for and their bread is fresh.
The Price's at Sub Division Have Nearly Doubled in the Pasted 5 Year's they are great Sub Sandwiches But Nearly Doubling The $$$ Price for the same one I generally buy
