Not impressed with service. First I asked for an envelope for the gift card I purchased. Two employees couldn’t find any. No big deal. Then the cashier asked if I wanted a receipt. I replied yes but there was no paper in the receipt machine. The same two employees could not find a refill roll. When I said they needed to provide better service the girl replied that those were not her responsibility. I said please report to whoever is responsible!! No receipts. Really! ??
Staff is wonderful, friendly, and many of them remember the names of regulars and greet them when they enter the door! Myself included. Super efficient during the day and peaceful in the early mornings, stable internet, overall a great place to come enjoy a cup of coffee and study a little bit. Outlets are readily available (though grimy as many are on the floor--not really an issue!) Tables, doors, and other surfaces are cleaned regularly and despite the bustling during the day, a nice ambience is really set. Mobile and in-person orders have been prepared well and taste great. Note that it does get quite crowded in the afternoon so not terribly relaxing then but that's to be expected with any coffee shop and the baristas remain diligent and smiling the whole time! I did see a couple of reviews about rude baristas but I've never experienced that myself so I can say I fully recommend this Starbucks!
I have never met a more unfriendly barista. Rose is rude and inconsiderate. I would never recommend going into Safeway for your morning cup of Starbucks. You won't be leaving with a smile if you do...more than likely a frown will follow your interaction. I am sure Rose has insight as to why I am leaving a review. 0/10 for service.
I wanted to sit and enjoy my coffee, but the music was so loud an annoying. The staff are wonderful, but I wondered if they are concerned about loosing their hearing?
Barista was really rude! If your having a bad day, slap on that smile anyway, be pleasant. She was so rude, I actually walked away.
Whst can I say? It's Starbucks! It was a snowy busy Saturday before Christmas but they were their usual cheerful (s)elves. ?
Chris the manager clearly runs a tight ship here. The employees appear to all get along, the service is almost always quick (and correct!), and if there's ever an issue with an order, they take care of it right away. One of the most professionally run and pleasant-vibe Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've been going to them since the mid-80s, so that's saying a lot.

Always great just wish it wasn't as expensive.
