they need to actually bring the food out to the online orders instead of having to chase down an employee with a bad additude! food was cold and waited over 30 mins watching drive thru get fresh food when we should've gotten ours ran out to us! my son didn't even get to eat besides the apple sauce because of his allergy to dairy! you guys need to do better or just close down. that's ridiculous that 3 people had time to go to their cars or just wander outside but no one could bring us our prepaid food while it sat getting cold. I will NOT be returning here and next time will just go with MCDs
Absolutely displeased with Sonic’s team last night. I Ordered a large Sauced honey bbq popcorn chicken and it had one teaspoon of sauce on it! When we went back through the drive thru to ask for more sauce, and the employee said “nothing I can do about it unless you pay” Absolutely not okay! We received no utensils to eat this, no napkins , and our tater tots were stale! I came to this same sonic about two weeks ago, and ordered the exact same meal! It had a lot of sauce and the order was perfect. The Friday night staff was unhelpful and their customer service was awful. Do better sonic.
Sonic has always been a great place for my friends and I to go get food, and I've always loved the atmosphere. That being said, my wife and I decided to go there for my birthday last night. The guy who took our order was clearly irritated/annoyed before we even started ordering, and was extremely rude to us the entire time, despite me being patient and having my order pre-prepared for him.It was busy; I don't mind the wait time. The food tasted great as always. But horrendous customer service is an absolute turn off to ever want to come back here again. Dude was probably having a bad night, but taking it out on your customers is not the answer.
Their Double Bacon Quarter pounder is the best burger you can buy right now. Hands down! App orders are super fast.
If I could no stars I would. I ended up waiting an hour to get my food. Ended up pulling through the drive through to get our food. By the time I got my food it was cold. Not to mention the chicken sandwich had a small chunk of lettuce and that’s it. Never will be going to this sonic ever again.
They were really quick getting the food to us. Good burger not sloppy. Popcorn chicken was crunchy like its suppose to be not leathery.
The food was gross and definitely not fresh. Missing half my order had to wait forever to get my order. Yuck ? make sure u ask for ur whole order to be made fresh that's all
Sonic is one of my favorite places. They have good food and even better ice cream. They're staff is friendly and I've never had a bad experience here.
I placed an order that totalled $82.86 for my family's dinner. When my order was brought out I was assured everything was there. I got home and realized that my large onion rings were missing. I had to drive all the way back to get them while the rest of my food got cold. The girl who I spoke to about the missing item was rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. An order that expensive should always be double checked. We visit this Sonic often but after this experience I will never return. I often place orders upwards of $75 at this establishment. It is unacceptable to treat customers as she did, especially when I spent so much money, had to be inconvenienced just to get the food that I already paid for and had to deal with terrible customer service.
I went through this morning and bought tots and a couple breakfast burritos. The burritos were both cold and the tots weren't fresh. I went through again to have them remake it. They took my burritos and gave me two more that were also cold. They were nice but I wasted all my money on breakfast to throw away .. not to mention my time. Will not be returning unfortunately.
