Went here last night and was missing an item. Called and spoke to the manager who said we were free to come back in and get a replacement of the item. Problem is - we live kind of far away and the gas money it would take to go back would actually be a loss of money. Not only that but the Chicken Sandwich was smashed and the large side of Tots was only half full. So we got a 'medium' amount. This alone was a rip off. Overall we just had a very bad experience, but I give the two stars instead of one because at least the server was nice, and the employees seem to be kind. But for what happened last night - we deserved to at least be compensated for a full meal (not just a simple replacement of a missing item). Especially because so much was wrong with our order. Kind of messed up our evening really. Probably won't return to this location again. Not until there is new management at least. Nice people working here. But the excellence in food quality and is greatly lacking. You ever tried to eat a 'smashed' Chicken Sandwich? It's really gross.
It's Sonic. It's generic, nothing special, but not bad. Service is good. My favorite things are the chili cheese dog, pretzel, and blue raspberry slushie.
They re slow always it takes just as much time to get drinks here and no food as it does to get food for five and somehow your food still ends up cold. Love the ice and drink selection. It's worth the wait!
I have been to Sonic before , in many locations and in many different states. Tried this location today and was pleasantly surprised that they had a walk inside/dine inside area. What a concept!!! Loved it! The food was as good as any Sonic and the staff were very quick, friendly and efficient. Will go out of my way to come to this location next time I am craving something from a Sonic.
One drink took an amazingly long time. Then the straw was shorter than the drink and that took awhile to replace. My first Sonic experience was in the early 1960s in Vernon, TX. Their slogan was, "Service with the speed of sound!" Those roller skaters zipping around delivering food were SO IMPRESSIVE! Same with the first Sonic in WA State down on Ruby Street in Spokane about 17 years ago - very impressive! Not so at a different Sonic today.
So I went and ordered about 40$ worth of food but forgot my water. So I called them back and order a water they said it would be a separate ticket and im like ok well after ten min I get my water. I'm like ok and after another ten I call and like hey can I get my food and they were like what food you ordered a water and im like the food I ordered before that then there like oh sorry were about 3 or 4 hrs behind , wich I thought was weird since it's fast food and there was only 2 other cars. And not a busy time like 4ish. But after another 7 min I get my food and it was burnt and cold. Also missing little things like the sauce for my mozzarella sticks. Ketchup for thr hot dogs and cheese for the pretels when I called them they ran out one cheese and im like ok can I get the rest of the sauces and shes like yea I'll be right back well another 10 min go by and im the only one now , so I call again hey can I get my missing things pleese and they're like will be right out , they didn't show up till I went thrue the drive thrue. Also kids meal was missing the toy and munchkin was upset about it kept looking for her toy.
First time eating at that store excellent food fast service only took about 4 minutes and we had our food hot and fresh will go back
Had the wrong order was told that what they gave me was what I ordered had to fight with them to get them to give me what I ordered then the pop they gave me did not have any syrup. I would rather stick my finger in a lite socket then ever eat at Sonic again.
I went thru the drive thru. They accidentally gave me the wrong food. I noticed before I got out of the lot, so I circled around. They sent someone out to apologize profusely and give methe correct order along with a BOGO coupon. I wasn't even mad. They were so friendly and apologetic. I felt bad. But they went the extra mile to make it right. And that was awesome.
Ordered 2 double stuffed oreo blast and they only gave me 1. They also gave me 5 pretzel twist with only 2 cheese.
