The head managers are the literal personification of what is wrong with corporate America. The management is lazy, belittling and generally not intelligent. They knowingly break labor laws and if you go against what they say, they'll find a reason to fire you. They yell at their developmentally disabled employees. The head manager drinks on the job. They micromanage everything and take all the credit when you finally get your job done in spite of management screwing it up. Do not work for these people.
Sodexo's staff at GU are not necessarily the brightest or courteous but mean well, the Management however is belittling and ostentatiously misandry. The price and quality of food are a clear representation of the service.
