I asked if they still had cinnamon rolls. The waitress said that they did and in fact they had some fresh ones. So I ordered one. The roll I ended up getting was NOT fresh. In fact was both dry and hard. My waitress did take it off my check. I do not have any complaints about the wait staff. All were friendly and helpful.

Not a good place to go if you want to eat! We waited a good 15 minutes to be seated and we’re never even acknowledged as being there. Had a few quick looks and look-aways but never a word saying “we’ll be with you as soon as possible”. There were many more tables available than were occupied - only 6 to 8 tables being used. Three staff working on filling a to-go bag but no one helping seat people. People entering behind us walked on through and were asked if they were joining another party. Maybe that’s what you need to do to be seated! We will NEVER go there again and warn everyone else thinking about going to go elsewhere. Rudeness is just not a good fit in the restaurant business.

The AGM was the “cook” we had no silverware. Food was not served at a safe or edible temperature (cold not hot), “gravy” was thick as paste, mashed potatoes were oxidized and shiney.Ordered a Sante Fe Sandwich and as you can see in the photo it was a cold egg, cold bacon, a cold piece of cheese and NO condiments. No Santa Fe sauce or even Mayo.Ordered Stuffed Hashbrowns and they were cold, undercooked, and had a single piece of slice cheese in them. None of the other condiments that are supposed to come on the stuffed Hashbrowns. When we asked to speak to the manager he came out and said “sorry” and walked off.The tables were all dirty. And It was not even that busy.Someone who came in AFTER us got silverware, drinks and a full meal before we got our meal and I never got silverware or my drink.WE ARE REPORTING TO THE HEALTH BOARD BUT WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW. DO NOT EAT HERE. We tipped our waitress and told her to file a labor board complaint. She was lovely and should never be put in the environment she was working in:

It took awhile to be seated. They were short staffed ( as it seems everyone is). The food was great, service was good, restaurant was clean.... restroom clean as well. We came on a Monday morning, and there were mostly seniors dining. I'm assuming they chose to have just one server because of the day and time.

Do not eat here, eat at the one by Wandermere Village Theater. My family went here and got the most disgusting service there is. One ordered a salad with blue cheese dressing, got ranch instead. Now they did offer a new one but one said no. Family only took 4 bites out of it. When food came out, all of it was cold. They took it back and stuck it in the microwave. The waiter and someone (who was not management) came out and they told family to be honest about how the food was. Family said it was awful, so they took around $4 off the meal. The waiter came back and reemed out my family and called them liars. Waiter claimed that one ate half the salad, not true. Basically my family got yelled at because the restaurant can't take the truth about bad service. I will never eat here again. Over all, waiter was very unprofessional.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a sampler. There was only a few tables. They were out of queso for the sampler and ranch... The only thing halfway decent was the fries. burger was charcoaled the sampler was absolutely plain and disgusting. Took 2 hours to get a refill on a soda.

Great food and service. Short staffed, like most places, so there was a bit of a wait. Our patience paid off and everyone in our family enjoyed their food. The fresh fruit lemonades and pies are also worth mentioning!

We were seated quick and given drinks and then ignored for 30 minutes until we flagged a different waitress, I think the manager, maybe. She was more attentive and got us what we needed. Which is why I didn't leave a 1 start. We got the chicken fried steak dinner. The food was good, but the place had a dust problem on all the lights.

Well, first we were seated next to the back kitchen and the shake machine y was loud and obnoxious so they seated us closer to the front doors after we requested it. Our waitress was nice , soft spoken but she wasn't the greatest waitress,- at least not today. We had to ask for silverware never asked if we'd like coffee and we ordered eggs Benedict in honor of national eggs Benedict day - which our waitress had no idea about....even tho Shari's is how I found out about it ! We ordered the avocado and tomato eggs Benedict and we waited for over ,30 mins to get our food but we didn't get the right food! They made just regular eggs Benedict with ham. Our hash browns we're cold and not completely done. When we told them about it instead of remaking it it offering anything - we were brought a slice of avocado and tomatoe. The bathroom was lie a sauna and a mess! They did not have the customers that would have warranted this kind of service - I would not recommend the Shari's on N Division (by bed bath and beyond and trade Joe's )

Server was very sweet and attentive to our needs. Food was excellent. Eggs Benedict was perfect! Meat Lovers Skillet was my husbands dream meal. Very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Prices seemed high to us but worth the food and atmosphere.
