This review should be a four and a half star review, but they always forget something on my order. Yesterday was the 4th time in a row I didn't get my sauces for the chicken wings. Three times with delivery and one time I went in, reminded them that I needed my sauces, got to my car and there were no sauces. No apology for having to walk back in again, and again, ask for what I paid for. I always tip more than 20% and these kids have ZERO attention to detail and don't seem to care that much. The food is good, but much pricier than many of the other places in the area, so get it right!
The pizza at this location is almost always very good, my best friend whom had passed away about two months ago, lived just a short distance from the south hill location, and he'd drive across town to come up to your location, because your quality of pizza is very good. I had ordered a delivery pizza last night and it was good like usual, unfortunately my order wasn't complete, I had asked for a couple small sides of Zesty Red Sauce to be added to my order. Madison had taken my order and she was very polite and professional, unfortunately your driver had forgotten to get the bag with the sides in it for my order. I asked the driver for some plates and Parmesan cheese packets and he had none. I called your location and asked to speak to the manager, Mikaela took my call and she was very rude about the situation and made me feel so awful for calling with a complaint, she even Hung up on me! at one point, when I had asked her if she had a fair resolution to this problem. I usually had great service when I'd speak with one of your previous managers, "Sonita and Mak", etc... Please contact me so I can give you more information regarding my very bad experience with your manager last night at at about 8:30pm Steve
So we ordered take out, got home found a cockroach on our pizza; manager was super rude about it.
Showed up at 1130 am to get me and the family lunch an employee was unlocking doors then proceed to lock them back up and say there not open for another ten min and walked off way far down words the Grocery store with their backpack on Now I don’t mind waiting because I like this restaurant but it’s a little unprofessional to say you open at 11:30 and then have your employee lock it up and walk off knowing it’s gonna be more than 10 minutes before they’re back
1 large two topping pizza and 1 large beer. $41.00. Ridiculous. Special ingredients they say? What are they using goldflake? Tasted like a regular pizza to me. This wasn't even an extra large pizza. Just a large.
Lots of space! Good private room in the back. Ask them to turn on the heater though because we were freezing! They brought in a good variety of pizzas for our meeting.
I love Round Table. Brings back so many good memories. Always love the amazing salad bar too. I know prices have gone up, but I still think this place is worth it to me...Everything was amazing and fresh...My Husband and I used to eat here quite a bit and it was one of our bi-weekly spots. There are plenty of errors. To start, they cooked the right pizza, but they didn't serve our pizza with white sauce as order DEFINITELY not worth the month, meaning our order was $ 74. Other customers complain. About their order being incorrect as well wrong cheese the only that was decent was their salad bar and not to mention that our order was finish and had been sitting in their warmer for more than 20 minutes and didn't call our name for our food to pickup. They need to step their game up for high price food and their pizza tasted bland no flavor.
Very good pizza. Fresh ingredients. You taste the difference. On the high end price wise. But worth it.
Absolutely love her on table pizza! Their pizzas are fantastic! People are friendly and accommodating, and the food is always fresh and well made. Stores always pretty clean, the arcade could probably use an update. Lol. Plenty is seating and plenty of parking. Atmosphere is pretty great, love the old style pizzeria vibe.
