I used to like their coffee but it was not the case last time I was there. Not a pleasant customer service!Other than being a house to good coffee, they are a house to cute sparrows as well ?( look at pics)
Love the Roast House coffees! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My son and I love to sample the coffee and get one to go.
It was such a pleasure to meet Deborah, her husband and the Roast House crew for an impromptu tour of the roaster.So refreshing to meet people passionate about their craft and genuiely care about the impact they can have throughout the coffee supply chain.We also got a chance to sample some beans from Costa Rica and Columbia, which is part of their free offering.Great way to learn from the barista before making a purchase.
This is the best coffee in the world, and I've traveled all over the world! Not only is their customer service and friendliness over the top, but the level of quality control is unmatched. It's important to me to not harm my health by consuming coffee. Being fresh-roasted and chemical free ensures there are more antioxidants and the rich variety of flavors are incredible to explore. You can find many organic brands, but Roast House is FRESH and MOLD FREE! That they pursue purity and support small scale farmers and heirloom varietals is phenomenal. A product that has this much impact on the world needs what they are doing. I was a fan before I was a Spokane local, and now I'm stoked to live near my favorite roaster in the US.
I visited the daughter shop of this roaster on a previous visit, so I wanted to visit the main shop. It is located in a non-descript building, so don't pass by it. The staff were super friendly and eager to share their fare. It's awesome to get to see the inner workings of the facility. Loved the cold brew options as well as the hot drinks. They have a unique operation and love their style.
Went to get some coffee for home brewing. The gentleman working gave me a sample of coffee. Absolutely the best black coffee I have ever had. It been a while since I have had such great customer service. The coffee is amazing too. Thank you Roast House Coffee I will definitely be back again and be recommending everyday coffee drinker I know.
Excellent coffee! Freshly roasted in-house, large selection of coffees to choose from, sourced from a wide range of countries, something for every taste.The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very nice atmosphere, a great place to stop in and pick up coffee and to sit back and enjoy a cup.

Amazing local coffee roaster! Some of the most unique beans I've found anywhere. They offer samples of almost every bean and offer a discount if you bring in your own container for your beans.
