I felt the wait times were "fluffed" lol. We were told 10 minutes at least twice and we had reservations to boot.The waiter Colby was on point once we were seated. Whole vibe changed after that. Our drinks came out promptly and the food was on the spot and hot! Multiple staff checked on our group keeping us topped off and smiling.Worth the wait ?
I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room for my order which ended up cold and burnt. The staff kept saying they were just bagging it up and it will only be 3 more minutes. After 40 minutes of this you could imagine how frustrated i was. The service was horrible, the staff kept giving me awkward looks as i was calmly waiting. Fries are horribly soggy and not worth 4.99, could have bought better fires at McDonald's (which I never go to). This is the worse Red Robin I've ever been too. What a joke. The pizza is over cooked and burnt.
Red Robin is probably the best value for your money. The quality is top notch and you can't go wrong with unlimited fries! You pay just as much or less than a fast food restaurant here and the amount of food you get and the quality is way way better! Also, if you're not signed up for their rewards program to get a free burger on your birthday month what are you waiting for!!
They are so friendly and they have great food. I love how they are making sure your doing well! I love getting there pizza cause it's so good and I am always so happy.
Great staff, incredible service and good food for the money. Red Robin gets what it is. Our meals were all served quickly, and correctly. Our waiter, Kord, was attentive, not overbearing. Red Robin is a fun, busy place. No wonder it's usually busy!

Always consistent and tasty. If you order take out, order chips instead of fries. The fries don't travel well. Good drinks and drink specials. Nice place to watch a game.
One of the better Red Robins I've been to. They are a chain, but not all stores are equal. The bottomless salad and bottomless broccoli were really good. Of course the burger was too. Our waiter was also top notch. Red Robin, Yum.
