I love Red Robbin. They have great attitudes and amazing service here. I walked in 20 mins before closing time and was the only people left in the restaurant, which I don't normally ever do, but the staff was totally cool about it, they made me feel completely comfortable and welcome, I decided to take it all to go so I wasn't keeping anyone longer then normal, they gave me extra fries to go home with and was able to take my drink and sauces to go as well. I enjoyed the food from home very much. Thanks guys I appreciated it very much!
We haven't been to Red Robin for a long time. We had a Banzai Burger and a kids Mac n Cheese. Super yummy! I was so excited to eat, I forgot to take photos of the food before we ate it so I'm including pics of the aftermath. ? We love the bazillion sauces they offered us with the fries. Don't be afraid to try the Scorpion Chile Sauce. It's pretty toned down from a true Scorpion chile salsa. The service was great, staff really friendly. We'll be back.
The service here was excellent, unfortunately, the waitress we had was her last day and we had a group of 30.I'm not a burger guy, but I got the teriyaki and pineapple burger and was great, and the milkshakes are great too.(I have to say though. The mozzarella sticks and other apps are frozen bought in bulk and then deep-fried.Not very good)If you want a commercial burger in a commercial joint, this place ain't too bad.
Very unimpressed with the service. We’ve been sitting here for an hour, we haven’t received our food after already waiting for 30 minutes to be asked what we even wanted. No napkins were given, at all. With the food or even just waiting at the table. The server walked by our table twice while we were waiting to order and took orders from other tables, that were seated after us. My partner asked for a refill of his drink, was never brought. Employees were arguing in the corner. It was just a very weird experience. If you want better RR service, highly recommend the Valley location. Been there numerous times with no issues.
Wow just wow you guys need to really teach your waitresses to act appropriately there was no reason for the waitress to feel the need to clean my husband after dropping drinks on him she could’ve easily given him napkins to do it is his own self and definitely no need to be in his bubble to look at a menu with him ? and no I’m not just an exaggerated wife my kids witnessed this and let me know if the events that happen Monday evening SO PLEASE DO BETTER IM BEING VERY NICE ABOUT IT
Friendly, fast, and familiar service. Our server did an amazing job identifying our needs and keep our glasses full! Drinks arrived about 2 min after ordered, and the food was delivered in under 5m. Fresh, hot, accurate. All requests for additional sauces and napkins were met. We arrived and lunch hour and there was a decent crowd, but no wait. Few spots needed additional cleaning efforts, lots on the floor and tables.
Well I ordered a simple meal. The Turkey croissant.It has Turkey,avocado,Lettuce,tomato, and bacon on it. I asked for extra turkey no tomato no bacon. When I got my meal it had no meat on it at all so they sent it back,and they got it again and it still had no meat on it they sent it back a 3rd time and the waitress actually went back there and did it herself. They have been out of fish for a long time. The downtown Red Robin is horrible. We go to the Newpot hwy one. But this happened at the Noth one. NO LEADER IN THE KITCHEN I SAY.EVERYONE SEEMS LOST.
Came in with my husband for my Birthday burger! It was soo good and our waitress was really friendly! We split a meal and they even did it for us and gave us 2 plates!
Red Robin was good. Our server was awesome and the food was very tasty though they are having staffing shortages like most places and that has slightly affected service over what it used to be but not by much! Please take in mind you have less people doing more work and be kind! Tip your servers well, they deserve it!
Hadn't been here in a very long time,but it was very good. We were pleased with everything we ordered. However, they forgot to bring silverware or napkins and it took awhile to chase down our server to get them. They were very busy as it was a Friday night, but.....
