Horrible experience. I called in & placed a takeout order over the phone & was told it would be ready at 7:25pm. My order was ready at 7:40pm (not a huge deal) but 2, possibly 3 different girls working the to-go/counter where the kitchen puts the finished meals put their bare hands on my food several times. Along with nearly every other order on the counter. When I told the girl bagging the to-go orders she asked if I wanted it remade, I said yes. When she told the other wait staff & kitchen staff they all rolled their eyes, glared, or gave some sort of attitude regarding it. There were about 10 people waiting for their orders with me the 45mins I sat there. Several customers complained to myself & others waiting about how they saw the waiters using their bare hands to wipe sweat, touch the screens, counters, trays, etc & then proceed to put their hands on & IN burgers. One waitress put her fingers between the patty & bun on several different orders. I’ve worked in the food industry & customer service plenty so am not usually one to complain, but this is absolutely unacceptable & I will not be returning to Red Robin.

Food is delicious. Spirits are flavorful.. The staff is efficient and kind.. All our orders were right. I preferred the Royal my hubby got guacamole bacon burger. Just yummy. so good I brought my daughter, granddaughter, and niece.. took a couple pics. Honestly the food is worth checking out. Go meet some new people enjoy the spirits and let us know what your food adventure was like.
Great place to go to dine in, we had the best waitress she's from England originally she is awesome if you ever get a chance to have her as a waitress. She was able to get all our orders correct and they were 17 people there, plus she had four other tables she had to take care of. I've always loved their food, if you're gluten free they actually have gluten-free burger buns there now.
We waited 3 years to come back to a Red Robin. Never again will be be back to any Red Robin. Worst service ever. Waited 1 hour. Had people seated AFTER us get their food. When we asked about that the manager told us that's just how thier system works. So they have a system that decided what gets made when and they have no control over it. When my husband asked for a knife (utensils) the manager said you have to ask for them. You have to ask for utensils in a sit down restaurant now according to him. We had our son with is. No children's menu either. By the time my food came in I was no longer hunger. Never will be back.Edit to add: when we sat down I had to clean the table it had been hastily wiped down with a ton of water. I cleaned and dried it. The children's Mac and cheese was so gross. It was so funny. My son who loves all things mac and cheese said it was gross. We ended up getting him a hotdog on our way back to the car and he said " this is way better than that imposter Mac and cheese."

It was on St Pat's day. Very crowded. The gal at the front door did an incredible job of handling the seating. She deserves a lot of praise and a raise. I was very impressed. The food came hot and relatively short time. Waiters and cooks need a kudo as well. We'll be back.
It's Red Robin. Food is consistent and service is good and food comes out quickly. Can't beat endless fries, Campfire sauce and beverages. This one is been called one of the busiest ones in the country with wait times at peak hours and often loud.
Love the downtown Red Robin. We came in with a big party, it would be a 15 minute wait, sat us down within 5 minutes. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Made the kids feel like they were apart of the experience. Thank you so much.
Just got my free birthday burger and fries! I ordered the guacamole bacon burger, and it was awesome! I also ordered fried pickle nickles and pretzel bites with cheese for our appetizers, and they were both sooo good! My friend and I ate all the appetizers. So by the time we received our burgers..we only ate half! So over all,the food was great (as always) but the service lacked severely. Could have been more attentive for how slow it was, and how staffed they were. And waitress was not very friendly
