Itâs always a solid choice if youâre taking the whole family. Realistically, itâs not as fresh or nicely prepared as Anthonyâs but itâs good enough, easy to get a table and everybody can find something that makes them happy.
I have always liked Red Lobster and have never had a bad experience there until my recent visit, and that is why I am giving them 3 stars. If it wasn't for that, I would give them 1 star. Before I start, I would like to mention that I have worked in restaurants before I know how stressful it can be, so I am always polite, even when the waiters are not very good. My wife and I brought our kids to eat here, and from the very start it was a negative experience. We had to remind the staff several times that we hadn't received certain things like our drinks and a booster seat, and they were not busy, empty seats all around. Every step of the way we had to wait an extremely long time. I think it was close to an hour by the time we got our food, and our food was cold. My son ordered the pound of snow crab legs, but did not receive silverware, so we had to wait for someone to come by to ask if we could get them. After about 10 minutes, we still had not received the silverware with the crab crackers, so my son was not able to eat. We asked another waiter if we could get them but were told that they were washing them because they ran out but that we would get them soon. We never received the crab crackers at all and my son decided to do his best to crack them apart. His meal was one of the most expensive items on the menu and he didn't even get to enjoy it. I got the fillet mignon, medium rare, and it was cold, chewy, not medium rare and covered in pepper. Our total was around $200 and no one enjoyed their meal because they were all cold. We had to wait forever for our bill as well. Like I said at the beginning, I have always liked Red Lobster and they usually do a great job, so maybe this time was a fluke, but it was very disappointing.
Always great service and tasty food. We make it a treat by going to Red Lobster. Love it

My niece had a birthday and we brought her here. Food was great. cheesy biscuit are delicious and addictive.. Our hostess was sweet and our server was kind. A great place to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. Yes id recommend
The house manager stopped by a few times and was super funny too. The portions are large, and their three course option for $15.99 had two young adult guys who have a hollow leg asking for boxes to go! Great drink options, large portions, friendly staff, and overall great dining experience.

I’ve never been to a Red Lobster until this week, when four of us went for a birthday. Sylvanie was our waitress and she was so amazing. She was super quick with drinks, very friendly and had a great sense of humor. The house manager stopped by a few times and was super funny too. Great drink options, large portions, friendly staff, and overall great dining experience. Even for those who aren’t a fan of seafood (myself and one of my buddies)! They do have a complimentary birthday sundaes too.
Our server, Sophia, was amazing. Best service we have had in Spokane. The food was good, but Sophia was ahead of the game in every way. And actually, every staff member we interacted with, from the moment we walked in, was excellent. They all seemed to take pride in their work. The manager (Jimmy?) was a delight, as well. I know this place gets crazy on weekends, but I really recommend going on a weeknight.
It was Great! Our servers name was Brandon He was kind and a great server! The food was great! The atmosphere is so perfect and Romantic! Loved it! We Love this place! Our kids paid for our dinner! We will always come here! Been here alot already! It's Always a great experience ! We had the steak and ? shrimp Yummy ?Highly Recommend You will never be disappointed only kick yourself for not going there enough! If I had more money I would be there every week!
