0 stars!!!!! This is not good Chinese food. The chow mein is made of all celery! No bean sprouts/noodles! The Almond chicken was dry and the sauce was just a gelatin with no flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was doughy and tasted old. No rice, The egg foo young was not edible! Dry, brown thick sauce with no flavor! I will never eat here again! Big waste of money.....
1st time being here and already excited to come back. The most incredible and accommodating server I can ever recall having at any restaurant. The food was so yummy and can’t get over the amount! Get the potstickers. Get the moo shu.
This place is like Mom and Dad's Little Country Bumpkin restaurant lounge the Red Dragon great place to eat their service is excellent I have no complaints whatsoever about this place it's all around a great place to eat and socialize you. Hillyard in Spokane Washington it's off Market you have to try it out. I personally like ordering off the bar menu which The Bar opens at 3 p.m. now. I believe the food maybe a little cheaper and you can't order unless the bar from that menu unless it is open. remember you have to ask for the bar menu.The rice bowls are personally one of my favorite. I really like them! All of them are good. I've never heard any complaints about this place. There food is good. The service is good . They make you feel like you been coming in there for years. I really like Hillyard nice people. I stick with what I know. I do know the service is good they make you feel welcomed and at home. Hillyard has good people. I really miss it there. I've been going there now off and on for the Last 5 Years. Excellent place try it out.I don't think you will regret it at all. I give this place 10 Stars! Just like the food and the way they make you feel welcomed at at home.
Honestly, one of the best nights out in my life! 100% unbelievably good food, hot tea that is worth a visit by itself, genuinely top-tier service, and all at a surprisingly affordable price. Anything you order is pure gold, and the atmosphere is comfy and chill. Seriously. Order the hot tea. Busy place on a saturday night but we didn't have a wait on a table, and our food came out promptly. We had a baby with us and they made her feel right at home. The servers and wait staff are very friendly and personable, they will take good care of you, wish I could tip better. Still, 25% is not bad.
This is not 5 star Chinese food. This is “great Chinese food” according to your whitest friend who’s there for everything fried and effervescent ‘sweet & sour sauce’. There’s nothing nuanced , impressive, or traditional about their menu. The atmosphere is pretty cool though. Very enthusiastically decorated w/ a heavy American-Chinese flair. Seat yourself. Big place. No wait. Full bar available. Cocktails & mixed drinks are ?? service was pretty prompt, and very hospitable. My main gripe is the food. Just another place to get fried, pasty, sweet/bland “Chinese” food. I won’t be back for this reason.
This place totally checks out as the best Chinese food in town. Sweet and sour chicken is my favorite from here. Egg rolls, fried rice, special chow mein and egg rolls is my order. Never disappoints. The place is pretty small but if you can get a table, it is pretty comfy. I always get food to go anymore.
Food is usually good but last time I will eat. Chicken tasted weird. Bad service. Waitress messed up order and then argued with me about it. Small portions and really bad
While I can appreciate the history of this place, the food is wretched. Everything tastes soggy. It's the typical Chinese-American food that you can expect in any small town that has no concept of good cuisine. Go there for the drinks only.
This place is amazing! They offer gluten free Chinese food! #mindblown. And it's amazing. The staff is kind and courteous and the restaurant is clean. Amazing food. If you have a gluten allergy and are missing Chinese BBQ pork... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. absolutely love the hot n sour soup. It's made to order every time. The egg drop is to die for. The gluten sensitive chiw mein is amazing. Comes with shrimp and pork. Broccoli beef was tender and really flavorful. Orange chicken was crispy and delicious. Generals chicken was spicy and amazing. The teriyaki chicken is to die for. Their food is amazing and the owner is awesome too!
Opened at noon. We walked in at 12:02 already 10 people there. Wonderful new updates inside. Beautifully done. Very busy. Only one server so a little slow, but doable. Owner helped alot. Food sat for awhile. Warm not hot but very very tasty. Great huckleberry lemon drop! We will be back!
