My husband and I can be quite picky when it comes to Mexican food, but we were both completely happy and satisfied with choosing Rancho Chico for our fathers day dinner. The food was so delicious, the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and the staff were top notch! A+ all around dining experience. Also to add the cherry on top of a great evening we were served an amazing desert for our small family of 3 that wasn't even ordered. They made us feel like family and it made all.the difference. We will definitely be returning!
This is a plea to the owners.Where is your pride for Mexican Flavors. I had the experience of the worst meal of my life. 2 stale tacos with the butts of tomatoes. You don’t even make your tortillas? You don’t make your own meats? Beans from a can, and rice that taste like from yesterday? What are you doing? Why? Who ever is in the kitchen clearly has checked out and doesn’t give a s.Saddest meal of my whole life.
Hands down best Chile Relleno I have had in a long time. We got seated by possibly the most entertaining little girl, and then the staff became immeasurably more friendly, despite how clearly busy they were. On a very full night our food and drinks were served quickly. If I lived in Spokane, I would eat here weekly. As it is, I can only look forward to coming back.
We go out of our way and get off I-90 to stop here when we’re passing through Spokane. Carne Asada is the best! Also the Camerones Diablo. But if you have a DD you won’t find a better margarita the “the Original Margarita!” It comes in a shaker so it’s likely more than one serving. If you don’t have a DD and do two of them call a cab! Jose Jose and Jose are the best people you’ll ever meet!!
Will get pictures next time, they're always consistent! Love the enchiladas and the betos burrito. Get selection of tequila as well! Always delicious!
Chimichanga Jarocha advertised "real dungeness crab" as an ingredient, I thought that sounded like a deal at $14.95.Aaand it was crab stick. (AKA imitation crab, AKA that $2/lb diced and dyed pollack hotdog)Also 3.5% credit card surcharge seems a bit steep.Friendly waiter almost added a star. This place used to be a go-to, I'd understand the occasional bad day, but such blatant false advertising on the menu deserves to be called out. If you don't have an ingredient, don't try to pass off "fish SPAM" as crab.
Love the food here :) Great restaurant
Food was great. My family enjoyed this spot. Service was fun. Even did hat dance for sis birthday. Check it out if you like Mexican food.
Absolutely horrible the peach margarita my girlfriend got was literally straight tequila and right after she drank it she got chest pains and I felt really drowsy( definitely not drunk) I asked for a side of guacamole and they brought it out really small portion and was the same price as my beer, the whole experience was horrible the waiter was extremely pushy and made my girlfriend feel extremely uncomfortable and when pointing out his recommendation he just about put his whole hand in her meal, if I could rate zero stars I would, also they didn’t card us and we are in our early 20s we could have gone to azteca and gotten the same amount of food and drinks for $40 absolutely ridiculous
way too expensive the side of guacamole was super small the waiter was on something he just about put his whole hand in my girlfriends dinner while showing us his drink recommendations and then when we got the drinks my girlfriend started getting chest pains right after drinking it and I took a few sips and I got really drowsy and we didn’t get carded brought us drinks that we didn’t order we said we didn’t want the sangria and he brought us a sample that was absolutely horrible l, he was extremely pushy too never going back there and recommending anyone else to ever go there unless you wana be overcharged and possibly worse, real sketchy place
