What a terrible first time experience, I have never felt more disrespected and rushed out of a place. On that note it was maybe 8:45pm when we had shown up as the sign shows they close at 10pm. Let alone given attitude when asked a simple question. The girl with two lip piercings should practice better customer service and be a little more friendly . I’m typically not the one to write a review but I’m appalled by the amount of disrespect I had encountered tonight. Do better.

I had never been to qdoba before and was in Spokane from out of town so I decided to try it after hearing good things. Walking into the restaurant in the afternoon on a weekday, I expected it to be fairly empty, which it was, however, the restaurant was not clean. All of the indoor tables were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that restaurants aren’t always going to be perfectly clean but to not be able to find a clean table was pretty frustrating. The employees were very professional and helpful while ordering and making the food. In the end I don’t feel like the food and kind employees made up for the rest of the experience.

The food tasted like burnt popcorn, they overcooked all the vegetables and served them to everyone. The service was very slow and the poor girl at the checkout was left to the fire and no one would help here check people out, making the line move very slow. Second time we have eaten there and was very disappointed. There will not be a third time. Needs new management and training. God to the one at the Quest, managed properly and always tastes great and fresh.

This place is GREAT!The food is nummy and they were so nice to accommodate my onion issues.We’ve been there twice in the last couple days and both times experiences were great.The person I was there with and I actually commented on watching the team work together today. It was some thing that I would classify as a “fun, ordered, chaos”. They were clearly very busy everybody was working really hard and they seem to be working so well as a team. It was nice to see.I’m actually in town for a couple of weeks and really look forward to going back and eating there again… Multiple times!And the guy complained about the spoons… Seriously? If you need a spoon so bad bring one with you. Oh and today they had spoon.

I loved my visit at this Location today!(3.10.22 10:30 am) The store was clean and the employees were super nice with great attitudes. Shout out to Cesar and his team on delivering excellent quality on my steak quesadilla! Tortilla was grilled to a perfect crunch, beans were juicy and not dry like most places, and the white rice was cooked to perfection as well as the steak. I loved the taste of the cilantro and the freshly made Guacamole with big chunks of Avocado and purple onion. There was a party in my mouth today! Great food Great Day! The Dr pepper even had a great flavor! Thank you all for your great service and food quality today.GO COWBOYS ?

If you plan to order something that needs to be eaten with spoon then don’t come here because they don’t have spoons. The cashier brought some big plastic serving spoon that didn’t have any wrapping and it was touching his clothes. This location was not clean as well. I have been to other Qdoba locations which are 1000 times better that this. Consider my 1 star a 0 star and avoid this location if you care about hygiene specially in these times. If franchise wants to check surveillance video time for cleanliness and my visit, please check for 02/03/2022 between 7:45 PM and 8:05 PM.

If your store hours say 10pm but your doors are locked at 9 that needs to be updated for people who drive across town only to see you are closed. Definitely not a good look.

The people who work here are so nice! With the masks it’s hard to hear and I talk quiet and mumbled my order but as soon as (who i think was the manager) realized he misheard he quickly went to make me a new order, I told him it was okay and insisted it was fine but he still made me a new order. Things like that are rare many people would just say okay and keep making the incorrect order but he didnt. He made me a new one. Even one of the other girls said oh he will for sure make you a new one you, which goes to show he is always so nice and goes an extra mile. He made my day with something so small. I hope corporate treats him well. He is an asset to his team.

Left without food, employee didn’t know the recipe for my order despite the recipe being listen on the menu right behind her. Masks were hanging under noses and on chins. I was excited to try this place for the first time but I ended up going somewhere else for lunch.

I love their food, but their app doesn't work most of the time, they won't take to go orders over the phone and when I order via Doordash they amount of food in their bowls shrinks in half. They need to fix these issues or risk losing lots of customer like me.
