So we tried ordering from Poke Express through qmenu.com. When we place order it stated that there was a problem with our credit card. Unfortunately we now have a pending charge on our credit card. Called Poke Express they showed no order placed. They told us to call qmenu.com. They stated there could be many reasons why the credit card decline. But we where told it will be 2 to 3 days before we get the money back.

Incredible. I lived in Hawaii for 4 years and thought I would never find poke that compared. I order from here at least once a week now. Simple, fresh, delicious.
Ate some fish that my dad was apparently extremely allergic to, didn't die, which is nice. Only complaint was lack of vocal compensation for mask.

The boba and poke bowls are great but more importantly, the customer service is awesome! Always greeted and treated cheerfully by the owners and staff at each of their locations. This has become a really popular place with my friends and kids. So glad you are now on the South Hill!

I ordered online then picked it up and every smoothie and bubble tea I have tried has been wonderful last time I got pineapple coconut with rainbow jellies mmmm!
