Had a great dinner. Service was great. Was able to eat in with no mask.
We have had nothing but GREAT customer service. This review solely reflects from pricing and size. The family size/large is the size of a medium at many other places and significantly more expensive. It's unfortunate that this is the only place that serves stuffed crust
It's good for a Pizza Hut. They do have a medium sized dining space, which is not the case at all Pizza Huts today.
The pizza dough was very tough and difficult to chew. I ended up not eating more than two pieces and threw the rest away.
I tried, I really really tried to continue enjoying pizza hut after they removed the crust flavors...Its a few days later and I still have half a stuffed crust pizza that I didn't enjoy in the slightestThis is goodbye pizza hutI loved you so much ?
It's pizza hut so you should k ow what you are getting. Was pleasantly surprised by the Cinnabon mini rolls, looked just like the commercial and tasted great.
I ordered online and paid for my order. My husband picked up the order on his way home from work. He said it’s under the name Scott or Julie they gave him the order for Julie Wilbur which was the correct order, minus breadsticks and a cheese shaker I paid for. But then they charged him for someone else’s order while he was there! He came home we discovered the mistake called the store asked to speak to a manager. Was told the manager was unavailable and we would have to call the general manager the next day! So I said you don’t have a manager there? She replied no we do but we are slammed and that’s what they told me to tell you! So my husband went back to the store, which is not close to our home and they reimbursed him for the breadsticks and the over charge but still didn’t get a cheese shaker. Not impressed with Pizza Hut at all it used to be my favorite pizza place.
I received my order an hr and 50 mins after placing it. I called to see what was happening and was hung up on. When the driver showed up he explained how incredibly busy they had gotten from halloween parties and such. I do understand being extremely busy just maybe some communication about where our order was would of been helpful as my husband went outside to wait for it as soon as I got the text saying it was out for delivery and stood outside for almost an hr and half.
It was really good food and quick delivery. The only complaint we have is that it seemed a bit too expensive. I mean - we paid over $80 for 2 pizzas, some wings and cheesesticks. Seems awful high.
I walked in to place order and was seen by three delivery drivers. No one asked me if I was picking up or wanted to order. I was eventually approached in 10 min. I told the individual and I told them I would go somewhere else that wanted my business.
