Worst pizza I've seen in a long time.Ordered a box dinner. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were fine, but the pizza was pathetic. The toppings barely covered the crust on most slices so I was just eating overcooked bread. I was looking forward to a cheesy, saucy pizza but instead got this disappointment.I hadn't been to Pizza Hut in a while, and I likely won't be anytime soon.
Worst pizza in Spokane. $60 and tossed it in the trash and made a sandwich. Crust tasted like the box. Chicken was cold. The cheese sticks were ice cold. Won’t be back. We thought we’d give it a try very disappointed. I’m sure Pizza Hut used to be good. But we learned. Will alway use pizza Rita from now on. Wish I could give negative stars..
If I could give negative stars I would. Friday 2/25/2022 I placed an order at 5:04PM online and paid via debit card for the Shadle location: 2225 W Wellesley Ave Unit 101 Spokane, WA 99205. I was emailed immediately with a confirmation order number and an ETA of 51-61mins I made my first call at 6:27pm and was told "it's coming out of the oven right now and will be delivered within 15 to 20 mins." I'm only a 6 min drive from the establishment. My next phone call was made at 7:33pm (1 hour and 6 mins after the first call and 2 hours 29 mins after the order was placed and paid for online) I was told by an associate name Daylon who identified themselves as "one of the managers" that he found my order but it had not been made because they were "out of pan pizza dough" and contributed their lack of competence to "computer problems" and being "super busy" I told him I still wanted my pizza to which he offered to make it on different dough I accepted and he said "I will personally be making this pizza and ensuring it is delivered immediately." Well as you can only imagine to no surprise I made my THIRD and final call at 8:59pm a whole 4 HOURS after initially placing my order, I spoke to a gentleman named Lance who apologized for everything and ensured he cancelled my order and issued a refund since I had paid online. I will NEVER order from this place again. Take ownership and accountability for your mistakes especially if you want to be a successful business.
Restaurants are struggling. I ordered a pizza and it never showed. I called. They promised to deliver, no charge. It didn’t happen. No notice. The worst part is that the corporates have the website set so that it is sending updates that lead folks to believe the food is on the way. Poor servers are overwhelmed, poorly paid, and beat up by people giving them crap. Don’t take it out on the people serving you. Blame the corporates taking all the profits and paying crap to people who have to take the crap. In these tough times, everyone has to take a hit. The fat cats never want to share the pain. I’m sick of all the Haves oppressing the Have Nots. If there is not enough people to roll the f***ing pizza dough, why aren’t the corporates rolling up their sleeves?

Our orders are always correct, pricing is fair and the delivery drivers are always kind, punctual and friendly
Way to much sauce honestly ruined my pizza. I had to scape off half sauce for my kids. 2 pizzas was 40$. One good thing it was fresh and steaming when he pulled from delivery Bag.But way to much sauce
Get the web page fixed have had a couple problems with online ordering, last time told the site to put pepperoni and onion on the pizza, but when it came out only had onion, but apparently the other came into the store with onion only and I know I pressed for pepperoni also
Good food, but, I stopped ordering when they changed there minimum order to 12.99! Pizza pipeline is only 9$
They gave us plates and napkins because they could tell me and my boyfriend were on a date because the way he was eyeing me and by god we really went down on that tripple threat box we sure did ?
